社区数字化学习中心长效管理机制研究

【摘要】：本文以构筑社区数字化学习中心长效管理机制为目的,运用教育管理学、经济学基本研究方法,阐述了社区数字化学习中心的内涵与特征,以及社区数字化学习中心与奥鹏远程教育中心、地方主管部门之间的关系。在此基础上,基于社区数字化学习中心自身建设与良性运转,以及下一阶段全国范围内推广和复制为原则,从完善数字化教育信息平台的建设、教育资源配置渠道多样化机制、建立相对稳定的师资队伍、社区数字化学习中心市场化运营、组织管理模式创新等五个层面进行了分析,以期引起同行专家与学者的思考。
[Abstract]:In order to construct the long-term management mechanism of the community digital learning center, this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the community digital learning center by using the basic research methods of education management and economics.And the relationship between community digital learning center and Aopeng distance education center, local authorities.On this basis, based on the construction and benign operation of the community digital learning center, and the principle of popularizing and replicating in the next stage of the whole country, from perfecting the construction of the digital education information platform and the diversification mechanism of the educational resources allocation channel,This paper analyzes the five levels of relatively stable teaching staff, market-oriented operation of community digital learning center and innovation of organization and management mode, in order to arouse the thinking of experts and scholars in the same trade.
