【摘要】: 生活方式是人们生活过程中习惯化的行为状态,是人们生活活动的总和。随着社会转型的不断深化,大学生的生活方式也面临激烈的现代化转型,生活方式中现代元素的增多不断地改变着大学生客观层面的健康状态及健康价值观,现代生活方式的形成与变化受到个体所处的社会条件制约和影响的同时,也有力地影响到大学生对于自身健康问题的态度和适应性调整。 纵观国内外有关大学生生活方式与身心健康自评的相互关系方面的先期研究,都不同程度地从不同的视角诠释了生活方式对身心健康自评的影响,解释了健康在生理上、心理上和社会适应方面完好的状态特征,毫无疑问,前期研究为这一研究领域的进一步拓展奠定了重要基础。但同时,我们也看到,由于生活方式与身心健康自评相互关系的复杂性,或者说,由于受到研究视角的单一和研究方法相对简单的牵制,研究的深度还没能达到应能达到的预设理想高度。人们常会关注的问题是:生活方式多大程度上影响了身心健康自评水平?或者说,各种生活方式是如何影响了身心健康的自评?等等的问题还有待进一步的研究探索。我们设想,由于大学生生存的社会环境与自然环境的差异性,大学生适应外界环境的过程也会存在明显的差异,其中就包括客观层面的身体健康状态、心理层面的态度和认知、以及社会层面的健康价值观与行为方式。生活方式是多元多层次的,因而生活方式对身心健康自评的影响也应是多元多层次的,某种生活方式可能在一定的环境条件下会对身心健康自评产生显著作用,但更多的情况是,交互影响的生活方式才会更深刻地影响到大学生的健康价值观及其行为方式。基于这一认识,本研究将身心健康自评的复杂过程置于交互作用影响下的生活方式之中加以考量,通过多变量回归分析的方法,从一个非常复杂的交互影响的动态变化过程中,深层次探索上海市大学生生活方式与身心健康自评的关系,并说明大学生生活方式的各因素对身心健康自评的影响。可以认为,研究结果对于启发大学生形成积极的均衡生活方式及培养以身心完好为基础的可持续整体健康为理念的现代生活意识具有前瞻性的启迪意义。 研究结论如下: 1.本研究采用的自变量(生活方式)和因变量(身心健康自评)的测试量表具有高度显著的区分效度,多元线性逐步回归方程的分析证实自变量与因变量有显著的线性关系,对大学生身心健康自评有十分良好的解释能力。 2.包括锻炼时间、周锻炼次数、疲劳程度、用餐时间、早餐缺食、睡眠充足度、睡眠平均时间、睡眠深浅、起床障碍、休闲生活规律、上网电视等因素在内的大学生生活方式对身心健康自评有显著的影响。其中身体锻炼对身心健康自评的影响权重最大,这种影响主要来自于锻炼时间的长短和每周锻炼次数的多少,而随着锻炼疲劳程度的加大身心健康自评水平降低的趋势十分明显。 3.良好生活方式对大学生的身心健康自评的提高有积极的影响,具有较高睡眠质量、有规律的休闲娱乐生活,良好的饮食习惯的大学生对自身的身心健康的评价水平就越高。而生活无规律、就餐时间无保证、经常不吃早餐,睡眠时间少,经常失眠、起床无精神,过度上网游戏看电视等都可能加大大学生身心健康和自我评价低下的风险。 4.性别因素在大学生生活方式与身心健康自评之间的差异具有较高的显著性意义,即大学女生的健康自评水平要明显高于男大学生,表明大学女生与男生的生活方式可能有较明显的不同。 5.在单因素相关分析中呈现出显著高相关的变量,在回归分析模型并不一定呈现出显著的相关性。其原因在于单因素的相关分析是在控制了其它变量的前提下进行的,而逐步多元线性回归分析中各变量与健康自评完好的相关关系是在各变量交互影响下出现的结果,但这一情况也不能排除在有新的变量进一步引入的情况下出现新的变化的可能性。 6.各种生活方式都会从积极或消极意义上影响身心健康自评,学校应根据大学生的身心特点和行为习惯,引导大学生避免某些不良生活方式给身心健康可能带来的风险,启发大学生形成积极的均衡生活方式和培养以身心完好为基础的可持续整体健康为理念的现代生活意识。 7.充分利用身体锻炼在促进身心健康方面的重要导向作用,大力拓展大学生课外体育的活动空间,把体育课堂教学的成果向课外活动领域延伸,形成课内课外良性互动的体育生活方式。 8.牢固树立“健康第一”的指导思想。体育教学改革不能只局限于课堂和书本,要向社会开放,充分调动和发挥社会、大自然对学校体育的影响和作用,培养学生的社会适应力,形成正确的体育健身意识和终身体育思想,营造良好教育空间和氛围,从而使大学生形成一种积极向上的体育生活方式。
[Abstract]:The mode of life is the habit of people ' s life , and is the sum of people ' s living activities . Along with the deepening of social transformation , the life style of college students also faces fierce modernization transformation , the increase of modern elements in the way of life constantly changes the healthy state and health value of college students ' objective level , the formation and change of modern life style are restricted and influenced by the social conditions of the individual , and the attitude and adaptability of college students to their own health problems are also strongly influenced .
This paper discusses the influence of life style on the self - assessment of physical and mental health , and explains the influence of life style on the self - assessment of physical and mental health .
The conclusions are as follows :
1 . The self - variable ( life style ) and the factorial ( physical and mental health self - assessment ) test scale adopted in this study have a highly significant degree of differentiation , and the analysis of multivariate linear regression equation demonstrates that there is a significant linear relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable , and has a very good explanation ability for the self - assessment of physical and mental health of college students .
2 . There were significant effects on physical and mental health of college students including exercise time , weekly exercise frequency , fatigue degree , meal time , breakfast lack , sleep adequacy , sleep average time , sleep depth , wake - up disorder , leisure life rule , Internet TV and so on .
3 . The good way of life has positive influence on the self - assessment of physical and mental health of college students . The higher the quality of sleep , regular leisure and entertainment life , and good eating habits , the higher the evaluation level of the physical and mental health of college students .
4 . The difference of gender factor between college students ' life style and physical and mental health self - assessment has higher significance , that is , the level of self - assessment of college female students is obviously higher than that of male college students , which shows that the way of life of college girls and boys may be significantly different .
5 . In the analysis of single factor correlation analysis , there is no significant correlation between regression analysis models . The reason is that the correlation analysis of single factor is carried out on the premise of controlling other variables , and the correlation between variables and health self - evaluation is the result of the interaction of variables . However , this situation cannot exclude the possibility of new changes in the case of further introduction of new variables .
6 . All kinds of life styles affect the self - assessment of physical and mental health from positive or negative meaning , and the school should guide university students to avoid the risks of physical and mental health according to the physical and psychological characteristics and behavior habits of college students , and inspire college students to form a positive balanced life style and cultivate modern life consciousness based on physical and mental integrity .
7 . Make full use of the important guiding role of physical exercise in promoting physical and mental health , vigorously expand the activity space of college students ' extra - curricular sports , extend the results of physical education classroom teaching to the field of extracurricular activities , and form a healthy and interactive sports lifestyle in class .
8 . The guiding ideology of " health first " should be firmly established . The reform of physical education should not be limited to classroom and book . To open up the society , fully mobilize and play the role of society and nature on the school physical education , cultivate the students ' social adaptability , form the correct physical fitness consciousness and lifelong physical education thought , create a good educational space and atmosphere , thus make the college students form a positive physical lifestyle .
