语文网络教研探索与实践

【摘要】： 随着教育信息化的发展和“校校通”工程的实施,学校教育科研呈信息化的发展趋势,教师的研究手段越来越向信息化的方向发展,不仅是研究数据的分析整理越来越倚重信息技术,而且研究成果的展示以及研究活动的实施也越来越依赖信息技术手段来进行,网络教研逐渐兴起。加之新课程的推广,也在一定的程度上催生了网络教研。对于网络教研的研究始于20世纪末部分一线教师利用网络交流工具,自发地进行网上教学讨论活动。随后开始了区域性的和全国性的网络教研探索。对网络教研的研究也日渐增多。但综合来看,从理论和实践相结合起来进行网络教研的研究并不多,另外,如何保障网络教研的有效性的研究也不系统,以这些为出发点,本论文对语文网络教研进行了探索和实践。本论文共分为五章,从三个层面探讨语文网络教研。第一,从理论层面探讨语文网络教研的理论建构。语文网络教研的产生具有其理论基础和现实基础。教师做研究是教师专业发展的有效途径,教育信息化的发展使教师的研究朝信息化方向发展。行动研究、传播学理论、建构主义学习观和知识管理等理论是其理论基础,教育信息化的发展和“校校通”工程的实施又使得网络教研的发展具备了现实基础。论文的第一章对此进行了详细的论述。第二,从实践的层面探讨语文网络教研的多重层次面。论文的第二章集中探讨了语文网络教研的实践模式、工具、环节和流程等内容,另外,笔者以中国语文课程网进行网络教研的实践为个案,对语文网络教研的实施进行了探索。网络教研得以发展的关键在于它的有效性。如何保障网络教研的有效性?第三章从网络教研环境的创建、语文信息化课程资源的开发、语文网络教研的管理,以及网络研修的角度进行了实践。与传统教研相比,语文网络教研具有自身的特点和优势,但语文网络教研也存在一些问题,笔者结合自己的实践提出了解决问题的方法。第四章对此进行了详细的说明。第三,从价值层面探讨语文网络教研的影响。该内容集中在第五章。与传统的教研相比,网络教研产生了巨大的影响,它唤醒了教师的自我意识,产生了平等、民主、对话的网络教研文化,使教师的日常生活方式发生了改变,对教师的专业发展产生了深远的影响。在网络教研与传统教研的关系方面,笔者认为网络教研不仅是对传统教研的互补,更是对传统教研的超越。未来的网络教研将有怎样的发展?笔者主要从技术的角度对网络教研进行了展望。本论文对语文网络教研的理论建构和实践进行了探索,但基于个人的能力及诸多现实条件的限制,对许多问题研究的层次还不够深入,具体的实践研究还不够充分,此外,还有许多有待研究的问题。例如,如何在信息技术环境里更高效地组织教研活动?如何更有效地对网络教研活动的绩效进行评估?如何建立对区域性网络教研中心的评价和激励机制等等,都是需要进一步拓展和深入研讨的问题。
[Abstract]:With the development of education information and the implementation of the "school school" project, the development trend of the school education research is information-based. The research means of teachers are becoming more and more information oriented, not only the analysis and arrangement of the data is more and more relying on the information technology, but also the display of the fruit and the implementation of the research activities are becoming more and more more and more. Relying on information technology, network teaching and research is gradually emerging. In addition, the promotion of new curriculum has also given birth to the network teaching and research to a certain extent.
The research on network teaching and research began at the end of the twentieth Century with the use of network communication tools for some teachers to conduct online teaching and discussion activities spontaneously. Subsequently, regional and national research on network teaching and research has been started. The research on network teaching and research is increasing. In addition, the research on how to guarantee the effectiveness of the network teaching and research is not systematic. In this paper, the research and practice of the Chinese network teaching and research are carried out in this paper.
This paper is divided into five chapters. This paper discusses the teaching and research of Chinese network from three aspects. First, the theoretical construction of Chinese network teaching and research is discussed from the theoretical level. The production of Chinese network teaching and research has its theoretical basis and practical basis. The theory of action research, communication theory, constructivist learning and knowledge management is its theoretical basis. The development of education information and the implementation of "school and school" project have made the development of network teaching research a realistic basis. The first chapter of this paper has been discussed in detail.
Second, from the practical level, the multiple levels of Chinese network teaching and research are discussed. The second chapters of the thesis focus on the practical mode, tools, links and processes of the Chinese network teaching and research. In addition, the author takes the practice of the Chinese language course network to carry out the practice of network teaching and research as a case, and explores the implementation of the Chinese network teaching research. The key to the development is its effectiveness. How to ensure the effectiveness of the network teaching research? The third chapter has been practiced from the establishment of the network teaching and research environment, the development of Chinese information curriculum resources, the management of Chinese teaching and research, and the network study. Compared with the traditional teaching and research, the Chinese network teaching research has its own characteristics and advantages. However, there are still some problems in the Chinese network teaching and research. The author puts forward solutions to the problems according to his own practice. The fourth chapter gives a detailed explanation.
Third, discuss the influence of the Chinese network teaching and research from the value level. This content is concentrated in the fifth chapter. Compared with the traditional teaching and research, the network teaching research has a great influence. It arousing the teacher's self consciousness, producing the equality, democracy and dialogue of the network teaching and research culture, making the teachers' daily life change and the professional hair of the teachers. In the relationship between the network teaching and research and the traditional teaching and research, the author thinks that the network teaching research is not only complementary to the traditional teaching research, but also the transcendence to the traditional teaching and research. How will the future network teaching research be developed? The author looks forward to the network teaching and research from the point of view of technology.
This paper explores the theoretical construction and practice of Chinese network teaching and research. However, based on the limitations of personal ability and many practical conditions, the level of research on many problems is not enough, and the specific practical research is not enough. In addition, there are many questions to be studied. For example, how to be more efficient in the information technology environment. How to organize teaching and research activities? How to evaluate the performance of network teaching and research activities more effectively? How to establish the evaluation and incentive mechanism for the regional network teaching and research center is a problem that needs further development and in-depth discussion.
