我国教师资格制度的问题及其改革对策研究

【摘要】： 在我国现行教师资格制度规范下的教师队伍难以满足现实对教师的需求,尤其是质量上的需求。而我国教师资格制度的实施过程中存在的问题以及造成的教师队伍素质不高现状,是我国现行教师资格制度对教师资格条件、教师资格认定和考试等的不合理规定下呈现出来的一种几乎可以称之为必然的结果,所以教师资格制度改革势在必行。本文重点分析了我国教师资格制度存在的问题,阐述了市场准入规则、教师专业化发展理论、教师管理制度的完善对健全教师资格制度的要求,并总结了现实教师资格制度正在从“学历本位”和“知识本位”的资格制度向“能力本位”的资格制度发展的趋势及其特点。针对我国教师资格制度存在的问题,提出了完善我国教师资格制度的建议。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to meet the needs of teachers, especially the demand of quality, for the teachers under the current teacher qualification system in our country. However, the problems existing in the implementation of the teacher qualification system in our country and the low quality of the teachers are the conditions of the current teacher qualification system in our country. Under the unreasonable regulation of teacher qualification and examination, it can be called an inevitable result, so the reform of teacher qualification system is imperative. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the teacher qualification system in China, and expounds the requirements of the rules of market access, the theory of teacher professional development and the perfection of teacher management system to perfect the teacher qualification system. The author also summarizes the trend and characteristics of the development from the qualification system of "qualification standard" and "knowledge standard" to the qualification system of "competence standard". In view of the problems existing in the teacher qualification system in our country, some suggestions are put forward to perfect the teacher qualification system in our country.
