美国卓越经济教育规划研究

【摘要】: 全民的良好经济素养是美国迅速成为世界头号强国的基本成因,发达的经济教育是全民经济素养得以提升和优化的基础工程,清醒的经济教育理念和不断创新的经济教育体制,为美国经济教育的发达提供着持久动力和根本保障。在美国人看来,经济素养直接关系着人生的事业成功和家庭幸福。为了改善国民的经济素养提升进度滞后于经济发展速度的现状,紧密跟进和引领时代经济-社会的前进步伐,美国联邦政府出台了“卓越经济教育规划”(Excellent in Economic Education Program,简称EEE),旨在通过向那些把提高学生个人理财和经济理解能力作为基本教育目标的非营利性教育组织提供资助,来提高从幼儿园到12年级所有学生的经济和理财文化水平。[1]本文就是对这一规划进行系统研究的初步成果。 本文研究的主要内容包括卓越经济教育规划项目的基本理念,产生背景和发展历史、规划的内容现状、实施效果和特点及启示借鉴五个部分。第一章简要地阐明经济教育规划的基本理念,明确经济教育规划的基本思想和观念基础;第二章分析规划产生的社会背景及其历史进程,勾勒和揭示规划的历史形态和现实成因;第三章详细介绍规划的现状,包括规划的创设和内容、规划的实施,呈现出规划的完整现实形态;第四部分概括了项目实施的效果和特点,提炼出项目的实质内容:最后一部分基于前述研究,针对我国经济教育的现状进行了反思,提出了有益的启示和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The good economic literacy of the whole people is the basic cause of the rapid emergence of the United States as the number one power in the world. Developed economic education is the basic project for the improvement and optimization of the people's economic literacy, a sober concept of economic education and a constantly innovating economic education system. It provides a lasting power and fundamental guarantee for the development of American economic education. For Americans, economic literacy is directly related to career success and family happiness. In order to improve the economic literacy of the people and lag behind the current situation of economic development, we should closely follow up and lead the pace of economic and social progress of the times. The federal government has launched the Excellent in Economic Education Program (EEE), which aims to fund non-profit education organizations that aim to improve students' personal finance and economic understanding. To improve the economic and financial education of all students from kindergarten to 12th grade. [1] this paper is a preliminary achievement of systematic research on this program. The main contents of this paper include five parts: the basic idea of the excellent economic education planning project, the background and development history, the present situation of the planning content, the implementation effect and characteristics, and the enlightenment. The first chapter briefly expounds the basic idea of the economic education planning, clarifies the basic thought and the idea foundation of the economic education planning, the second chapter analyzes the social background and the historical process of the economic education planning. The third chapter introduces the present situation of planning in detail, including the creation and content of planning, the implementation of planning, and presents the complete realistic form of planning. The fourth part summarizes the effect and characteristics of the implementation of the project, abstracts the essential content of the project: the last part, based on the above-mentioned research, reflects on the current situation of economic education in China, and puts forward some useful enlightenment and reference.
