青少年心境动态发展特点研究

【摘要】：本文在提出的心境动态平衡模型思想的指导下,在自然条件下对青少年进行28天的连续追踪,运用动态系统理论考察了青少年的心境波动幅度、波动频率以及波动周期。结果发现青少年心境主基调偏向积极状态,初中生的心境波动幅度高于大学生,女生的波动频率高于男生;青少年的心境波动周期为近似7天和28天。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the motion-state dynamic equilibrium model proposed in this paper, the range, frequency and cycle of state of mind fluctuation were investigated by using dynamic system theory for 28 days of continuous tracking of adolescents under natural conditions. The results showed that the main tone of adolescent mood was more positive, the amplitude of mood fluctuation of junior high school students was higher than that of college students, the fluctuation frequency of female students was higher than that of male students, and the period of adolescent mood fluctuation was approximately 7 days and 28 days.
