教育发展的科学指南——读胡锦涛同志十七大报告关于教育的论述

【摘要】：胡锦涛同志十七大报告关于教育的论述,是我国教育发展的科学指南。"论述"第一次把"优先发展教育,建设人力资源强国"作为改善民生的首要任务,指出了长期以来影响教育健康发展而又难以破解的问题,对今后我国教育的科学发展提出了全面的指导性要求。"论述"关于教育是民族振兴的基石、坚持教育公益性质、教育公平是社会公平的重要基础的科学创新理念,对我国在新的历史起点上如何提升和促进教育事业健康、科学发展有着极其重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Comrade Hu Jintao's exposition on education in the report of the Seventeenth National Congress is a scientific guide for the development of education in China. " This paper discusses the first time that "giving priority to the development of education and building a powerful country in human resources" is the primary task of improving people's livelihood, and points out the problems that have affected the healthy development of education for a long time but are difficult to solve. In the future, the scientific development of education in China has put forward a comprehensive guiding requirements. " This paper discusses the scientific innovation idea that education is the foundation stone of national rejuvenation, insists on the nature of public welfare of education, and that education fairness is the important foundation of social equity, which is how to promote and promote the health of education in our country at the new historical starting point. The development of science is of great significance.
