【摘要】：正长三角地区具有独特的区位优势。长三角地区地处我国东部沿海、长江流域两大发达地带的交汇部,是我国经济格局中的关键区域。坐拥上海、杭州、南京等一批大中城市的长三角地区,区位条件优越、自然禀赋优良、经济基础雄厚、城镇体系完整、科教文化发达,具有在更高起点上加快发展的独特优势,不仅在国家区域发展战略中占据突出地位,而且在全球增长格局中具有重要影响力,普遍被视为最有可能成为世界第六大城市群的区域。长三角地区率先发展是国家战略赋予的历史使命。近年来,党中央、国务院出台多个指导性文件,要求长三角地区在国家区域发展中率先建设成为实践科学发展观的示范区、改革创新的引领区、现代化建设的先行区、国
[Abstract]:The Yangtze River Delta region is located on the eastern coast of China. The intersection of the two developed areas of the Yangtze River Valley is the key area in the economic pattern of our country. The Yangtze River Delta region of Nanjing and other large and medium-sized cities has a unique advantage of accelerating development at a higher starting point, with superior geographical conditions, excellent natural endowment, strong economic base, complete urban system, and developed science and education culture. Having a prominent position not only in national regional development strategies, but also in global growth patterns, It is widely regarded as the region most likely to become the world's 6th largest urban agglomeration. The first development of the Yangtze River Delta region is a historical mission entrusted by the national strategy. In recent years, the Party Central Committee and the State Council have issued a number of guiding documents. The Yangtze River Delta region is required to take the lead in the national regional development to become a demonstration area for the practice of the scientific development concept, a leading area for reform and innovation, a leading area for modernization, and a national one.
