基于“90后”大学生心理与行为特点的辅导员非权力影响力的培养

【摘要】：辅导员是对在校大学生开展思想政治教育和管理为职业特征的社会角色。辅导员主要通过自己的思想、行为、语言、表情、动作等与学生发生相互作用和相互影响,从而形成职业影响力。辅导员的影响力分为权力性影响力和非权力性影响力,非权力性影响力在学生思想政治教育中占主导地位。本文分析了"90后"大学生心理和行为特点对辅导员发挥非权力影响力的挑战,就如何提升辅导员非权力性影响力提出一定的对策和创新途径。
[Abstract]:Counselors are the social roles of ideological and political education and management for college students.Counselors interact and interact with students through their own thoughts, behaviors, language, expressions, movements and so on, so as to form professional influence.The influence of counselors is divided into power influence and non-power influence, and non-power influence plays a leading role in students' ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the challenges of psychological and behavioral characteristics of post-90s college students to the counselors' exertion of non-power influence, and puts forward some countermeasures and innovative ways to enhance the non-power influence of counselors.
