高校心理教育误区及视域转换

【摘要】：目前,高校心理教育主要存在重问题轻发展的目标误区,重智商轻情商的培养误区,重个体轻整体的对象误区,重稳定轻服务的管理误区。由此,高校应注重心理教育的视域转换,将问题模式转换为发展性教育,注重情商发展和感恩意识培养,对象上面向全体学生,树立全员意识。同时,开展多途径的心理服务,实现校园的稳定与安全。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some misunderstandings in psychological education in colleges and universities, such as focusing on problems, neglecting development, focusing on IQ and neglecting emotional quotient, focusing on individuals and neglecting the whole, and attaching importance to stability and service management. Therefore, colleges and universities should pay attention to the field of view of psychological education, transform the problem mode into developmental education, pay attention to the development of emotional quotient and the cultivation of gratitude consciousness, face all students and set up the consciousness of the whole staff. At the same time, carry out multi-way psychological service to realize the stability and security of campus.
