教师在培训项目中的学习参与度及其考察

【摘要】："参与度"是指教师在整个培训过程中所体现的投入程度。研究聚焦两个问题:参与度的具体内涵及表现;如何考察教师的参与度。通过为期一年的跟踪观察、问卷调研和专家访谈,从横向和纵向两个角度进一步理解教师的参与度,同时通过现场观察及学习者自我陈述等方式对参与度进行考察。
[Abstract]:Participation refers to the degree of participation of teachers in the whole process of training. The research focuses on two issues: the specific connotation and performance of participation, and how to investigate the participation of teachers. Through a one-year follow-up survey, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, teachers' participation was further understood from both horizontal and vertical perspectives. Meanwhile, the participation degree was investigated through on-site observation and learners' self-statement.
