初中生教育歧视及其与自我概念的相关研究

【摘要】:每个人都有歧视他人的行为,不过表现在不同的领域里。随着社会的发展,歧视的种类越来越多,如:种族歧视,性别歧视,地域歧视,分数歧视,特长歧视,血型歧视,价格歧视,姓名歧视等等。本文从教育教学中的歧视现象着眼,关注初中生所受的教育歧视,探讨了初中生教育歧视发展特点及其与自我概念的相关关系,并据此提出了建议。以国内外相关研究为基础,本研究使用自编的初中生教育歧视问卷和自我描述问卷(SDQII),对165名在校初中生进行调查,结果发现:1、初中生教育歧视问卷由5个维度构成,包括聪慧性、体貌特征、语言表达、家庭背景、特长爱好。2、问卷的信效度分析表明,初中生教育歧视问卷的内部一致性系数(Cronbach's a)为0.78,两周后的重测信度为0.71。本问卷还具有较好的内容效度和结构效度。这些都说明本问卷可以作为初中生教育歧视的测量工具。3、初中生教育歧视在性别方面均存在显著差异,在年级方面差异不显著。4、教育歧视与自我概念存在显著负相关。教育歧视中的聪慧性及体貌特征对自我概念有较好的预测作用。
[Abstract]:Everyone discriminates against others, but in different fields. With the development of society, there are more and more kinds of discrimination, such as racial discrimination, sex discrimination, regional discrimination, score discrimination, specialty discrimination, blood type discrimination, price discrimination, name discrimination and so on. From the perspective of discrimination in education and teaching, this paper focuses on the educational discrimination suffered by junior high school students, probes into the developmental characteristics of educational discrimination of junior high school students and its correlation with self-concept, and puts forward some suggestions accordingly. Based on the relevant research at home and abroad, this study investigated 165junior middle school students by using self-designed junior high school education discrimination questionnaire and self-description questionnaire (SDQII),. The results showed that: 1, the junior middle school students' education discrimination questionnaire consists of five dimensions. Including intelligence, physical features, language expression, family background, special interests. 2. The reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire showed that the internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach's a) of junior high school students' education discrimination questionnaire was 0.78. Two weeks later, the retest reliability was 0.71. The questionnaire also has good content validity and structural validity. All these indicate that this questionnaire can be used as a measuring tool for junior high school students' educational discrimination. 3. There are significant differences in gender and grade of education discrimination among junior high school students. 4. There is a significant negative correlation between educational discrimination and self-concept. Intelligence and physical features in educational discrimination have a good predictive effect on self-concept.
