基础教育领域数字教育资源的评价研究

【摘要】：信息时代的教育教学改革以信息技术在教育系统的普及、渗透与应用为基础,并以数字化资源在教育教学中的应用为重要突破口,不断推动教育的变革与创新。何为优质教育资源?在信息化建设实践中我们需要一个科学的价值评判标准。文章研究建立合理的评价框架,研制不同类型资源的评价指标体系,定量评价与定性评价相结合、人工评价与机器评价相结合、线上评价与线下评价相结合等多种评价方法与策略,形成一个多方参与的持续性动态评价机制,以实现数字教育资源的有效评价。
[Abstract]:The reform of education and teaching in the information age is based on the popularization, penetration and application of information technology in the educational system, and the application of digital resources in education and teaching as an important breakthrough. To constantly promote the reform and innovation of education. What is the quality of educational resources? In the practice of information construction, we need a scientific value evaluation standard. This paper studies the establishment of a reasonable evaluation framework, the development of different types of resources evaluation index system, quantitative and qualitative evaluation combined. In order to realize the effective evaluation of digital education resources, many evaluation methods and strategies, such as manual evaluation and machine evaluation, on-line evaluation and offline evaluation, are combined to form a continuous dynamic evaluation mechanism with multiple participation.
