稷山县基础教育教学资源平台的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着教育现代化、信息化发展的步伐,我国逐步加强农村中小学远程教学和各学校间资源的交互与共享,最大化实现农村中小学现代信息化教学工程的建设和实施。面对国家教育改革发展的迫切需要,结合目前稷山县基础教育信息化发展需要和农村中小学现代远程教育工程教学应用实际,建立和开发本地化、个性化的基础教育教学资源平台也成为一个重要的课题。本文论述的基础教育教学资源平台正是针对我国的教育改革现状而发,以稷山县教学资源、特色资源而创建的,是一个B/S架构的具有高度用户友好性的教学平台,建成后将实现了稷山县城乡教育均衡和跨越式发展,实现全县优质教学资源的交互与共享。系统是通过建立县基础教育教学资源平台实现教育动态、教育新闻、相关公告通知等内容的即时发布以及政策法规、处室职能、办事指南等讯息的在线查询,提供诸如公共咨询、投诉留言等相应的互动板块,建立家长、学校、教育局之间的良性链接,促进三方的有效沟通,为孩子提供更好的成长和学习环境。通过此管理平台,不但使优质教学资源得以实现更低成本、更广范围的共享,而且还使优秀的资源达到最大的开发和利用水平。本论文简单介绍了课题研究的背景和意义、现状,教学资源平台的主要功能需求,针对主要功能讨论了其技术实现,包括数据库设计与实现、功能设计和实现等,该平台目前已经应用于稷山县教育局的日常业务,能够满足绝大部分基础教育教学一线教师实际工作的要求,实现了优质教育资源共享,进一步加强网络环境下的教育资源建设,组织学科专业队伍,优化、盘活、整合我县现有的资源,开发新的资源。
[Abstract]:With the modernization of education and the pace of information development, our country has gradually strengthened the distance teaching in rural primary and secondary schools and the interaction and sharing of resources among schools. To maximize the realization of rural primary and secondary schools modern information teaching project construction and implementation, facing the urgent need of national education reform and development. Based on the needs of the development of basic education information in Jishan County and the application of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools, localization has been established and developed. The individualized basic education teaching resource platform has also become an important subject. The teaching resource platform of basic education discussed in this paper is based on the present situation of education reform in our country and is established with the teaching resources and characteristic resources of Jishan County. Is a B / S structure with a highly user-friendly teaching platform, the completion of the Jishan County will achieve a balanced urban and rural education and leap-forward development. The system realizes the interaction and sharing of the high-quality teaching resources of the whole county. The system realizes the immediate release of the contents of education dynamics, educational news, relevant announcements, and policies and regulations through the establishment of the county basic education teaching resources platform. Office functions, information guide and other online inquiries, provide such as public consultation, complaint messages and other appropriate interactive sections, establish a good link between parents, schools, education bureau, to promote effective communication among the three parties. To provide a better growth and learning environment for children. Through this management platform, not only can the quality of teaching resources to achieve lower cost, a wider range of sharing. And also make excellent resources to reach the maximum level of development and utilization. This paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the research, the status quo, the main functional requirements of the teaching resource platform, and discusses its technical implementation, including database design and implementation. Function design and implementation, the platform has been applied to the Jishan County Education Bureau's daily business, can meet the needs of most of the basic education teaching front-line teachers' actual work requirements, and achieve the sharing of high-quality educational resources. We should further strengthen the construction of educational resources under the network environment, organize the discipline and specialty team, optimize, invigorate, integrate the existing resources in our county, and develop new resources.
