初中生问题行为的学校社区干预

【摘要】:中学时代是个体身心加速发展的特殊时期,也是动荡、冲突、危机频发的“矛盾”时期。伴随着这种特点,也使得初中生的问题行为频频发生,并且初中生的问题行为的检出率也逐年上升,这严重阻碍了初中生的健康成长与发展。其次,初中生的问题行为不仅会导致成人期的适应不良,还会导致成年后的暴力犯罪。尽管国家与研究人员以及教育人员越来越重视学生的问题行为,但是初中生的问题行为还是越来越多,越来越难教育。如何更好的疏导、教育、转化初中生的问题行为,已经是摆在我们每个教育工作者面前的一项非常迫切的任务。而学校社区干预作为一种宏观的工作方法,其干预基于初中生综合全面表现,并结合初中生发展的环境背景,以学校社区和学校社区成员作为干预对象,动员组织学校社区成员自助、互助、促进社区发展,这对改善中学生行为问题有着重要意义。 本研究的目的是在认识学生问题行为的基础之上,找到问题行为产生的原因,分析问题行为学生的需要,以学校社区的理念为指导,从问题行为产生的个人、家庭、学校等多层面入手,运用学校社区中已有的社区资源,在学校社区工作者的指导之下,对问题行为进行学校社区干预,从而改善初中生问题行为的发生率。本研究采用质性研究与量化研究相结合的方法,以一所乡镇的普通中学为干预对象,以初中二年级的一个班级的30名学生为被试,进行学校社区干预。 通过干预,本研究取得如下结果:实验班级学生问题行为的前后测表明:首先,本研究实验班级学生在问题行为总分上的前后测差异极显著,干预效果明显。其次,与干预前相比,男生女生的问题行为检出率都明显降低,,但是男生问题行为还没有完全消除。第三、经过干预,该班学生这些问题行为基本处于全国正常水平,但是男生违纪行为与问题行为总分与全国常模相比较,还是高于全国正常水平。 根据研究结果,本研究得出如下结论:学校社区干预改善了实验班级问题行为的总体状况。但是,学校社区干预却没能使得男生问题行为降低到全国正常水平。
[Abstract]:The middle school age is a special period for the accelerated development of individual body and mind, as well as a period of "contradiction" which is characterized by turbulence, conflict and crisis. With this characteristic, the problem behaviors of junior high school students occur frequently. And the detection rate of junior high school students' problem behavior is also increasing year by year, which seriously hinders the healthy growth and development of junior high school students. Secondly, the problem behavior of junior high school students will not only lead to bad adjustment in adulthood. It can also lead to violent crime in adulthood. Although the state and researchers and educators are paying more and more attention to the problem behavior of students, the problem behavior of junior high school students is still increasing, and it is becoming more and more difficult to educate. Transforming junior high school students' problem behavior has been a very urgent task for every educator in front of us. As a macroscopic working method, school community intervention is based on the comprehensive and comprehensive performance of junior high school students. Combined with the environment background of junior high school students' development, the school community and school community members are taken as the intervention objects to mobilize and organize the school community members to help themselves, to help each other and to promote the community development, which is of great significance to improve the behavior problems of middle school students. The purpose of this study is to find out the causes of problem behavior on the basis of understanding students' problem behavior, to analyze the needs of students with problem behavior, to take the idea of school community as a guide, and to find out the causes of problem behavior from the perspective of individual and family. School and other multi-level approach, using the existing community resources in the school community, under the guidance of school community workers, to carry out school community intervention on the problem behavior, In order to improve the incidence of problem behavior of junior high school students, this study adopted the method of qualitative research and quantitative research, taking a township general middle school as the intervention object, and 30 students in a junior middle school second grade class as subjects. To intervene in the school community. The results of this study are as follows: first of all, there are significant differences in the total score of problem behavior between the students in the experimental class, and the effect of intervention is obvious. Compared with before the intervention, the rate of problem behavior of boys and girls is obviously lower, but the problem behavior of boys has not been completely eliminated. Third, after intervention, these problem behaviors of students in this class are basically at the normal level in the whole country. However, compared with the national norm, the total score of boys' behavior of violating discipline and problem is still higher than the normal level of the whole country. According to the results of the study, the following conclusions are drawn: the school community intervention improves the overall situation of the experimental class problem behavior, but the school community intervention does not reduce the boys' problem behavior to the national normal level.
