职业高中单亲家庭学生心理健康问题的调查和研究

【摘要】:对青少年心理健康问题的研究已经成为世界性的课题,近年来,职业高中学生的心理健康问题也越来越多的被社会各界所关注。笔者因工作关系在处理学校学生中出现的各种问题时,发现在心理健康这个问题上职业高中单亲家庭学生相对于完整家庭学生而言更让人担忧。 本文以武汉市某职业高中学校单亲家庭学生的心理健康状况为研究对象,采用华东师范大学心理学系教授周步成等修订而成的“心理健康诊断测验量表”(MHT)作为测量工具进行心理健康状况的调查。希望通过研究可以更加了解职业高中学校单亲家庭学生的心理健康状况及存在的问题,并努力寻找可能的成因和缓解心理健康问题的辅导措施。 第一部分,绪论主要介绍本文的研究目的、意义、主要内容及研究方法,同时对于职业高中单亲家庭学生及其相关领域的心理问题研究动态进行了论述。 第二部分,发放并回收试卷,将单亲家庭学生与完整家庭学生的心理健康状况作比较,了解职业高中单亲家庭学生的心理健康状况及存在的问题。单亲家庭学生在心理健康诊断总体上的平均得分31.64高于完整家庭学生的平均得分28.5,并存在统计学上的显著差异;单亲家庭学生在身体症状维度上的平均得分4.76高于完整家庭学生的均得分3.86,并存在统计学上的显著差异;单亲家庭学生在冲动倾向维度上的平均得分4.76高于完整家庭学生的均得分3.18,并存在统计学上的显著差异;单亲家庭学生在孤独倾向维度上的平均得分3.18高于完整家庭学生的均得分2.05,并存在统计学上的显著差异。即单亲家庭学生在心理健康总体方面存在的问题显著高于完整家庭学生,特别是在身体症状、冲动倾向、孤独倾向三个维度上,单亲家庭学生的心理健康问题突出并存在着统计学上的显著差异。 第三部分,通过参阅相关文献并向经验丰富的专家学者请教,得到职业高中单亲家庭学生突出的三个心理健康问题的可能成因。产生身体症状与学生个体的焦虑状态,落后的家庭教养方式,特殊的学校教育环境密切相关;产生冲动倾向则与青春期的影响,家庭中父母的言传身教,同学、师生交往中的相互影响,复杂的社会大环境相关;而产生孤独倾向与学生内向的性格,不恰当的自我评价和归因偏差,缺乏社会交往技巧,特殊的家庭生长环境这些因素相关。 第四部分,根据前文的调查结果分析并参阅相关文献,针对各个突出的心理健康问题提出相应的辅导措施。培养健康的个性心理品质、帮助学生提高抗挫折能力,注重亲子沟通、学习科学的教养方式,优化学校的教育环境有助于减缓身体症状;在学校建立专门的心理辅导站,倡导和谐的家庭教养方式、养成孩子良好的生活习惯,加强班级文化建设、促进师生间情感交流,规范传播媒体的宣传行为、加强正能量的引导,有助于减缓冲动倾向;正确的评价自己与他人、克服自卑心理,掌握一定的社会交往技巧,提供社会支持、建立有关救助单亲家庭的社会保障机制有助于减缓孤独倾向。
[Abstract]:Study on adolescents' mental health problems has become a worldwide topic. In recent years, more and more mental health problems of occupation high school students are of concern to the community. The various problems because of work in school students during the occupation high school students from single parent families found in mental health on this issue with respect to the whole family students more worrying.
The mental health status in Wuhan, occupation high school students from single parent families in this paper as the research object, using the revised Department of psychology, East China Normal University professor Zhou Bucheng and the "mental health test scale (MHT) as a measurement tool for investigation of mental health status. Want to know more about the mental health status of students of single parent family occupation high school and the problems through research, and to find possible causes and remedial measures to alleviate mental health problems.
The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the purpose, significance, main contents and research methods of this paper. At the same time, it discusses the research trend of psychological problems of single parent families in vocational high schools and their related fields.
The second part, the distribution and recovery test, compare the mental health status of students from single parent families and whole families of students, understand the psychological health status of students in occupation high school parent families and problems. The single parent family students average scores in mental health diagnosis on the whole 31.64 higher than the average score of the complete family of 28.5 students, and there are significant differences statistically; the single parent family students average scores in physical symptom dimensions of the 4.76 scores were higher than those of a family of 3.86 students, and there is statistically significant difference; single parent family students scored an average of 4.76 in the impulsive tendency dimension scores were higher than those of a family of 3.18 students, and there is statistically significant difference between single parent families; the average score of students in the 3.18 dimensions of loneliness scores were higher than those of a family of 2.05 students, and there is a statistically significant There is a difference. The single parent family students mental health problems in general was significantly higher than that of complete families of students, especially in physical symptoms, impulsive tendency, the three dimensions of loneliness, serious mental health problems of students in single parent families and there is a statistically significant difference.
The third part, by referring to relevant literature and experienced experts and scholars to consult, three possible causes of mental health problems of students in senior high school occupation single parent family prominent. Anxiety have physical symptoms and individual students, backward way of family education, school education environment is closely related to the special impulse; tend to influence and adolescence the family of their parents, classmates, mutual influence the communication between teachers and students, the social environment complex; and loneliness tendency and introverted students, inappropriate self evaluation and attribution bias, lack of social skills, special family environment for the growth of these factors.
The fourth part, on the basis of the analysis of the survey results and related literatures, the psychological health problems of various prominent corresponding remedial measures. To cultivate healthy personality, to help students improve their ability of anti frustration, pay attention to parent-child communication, learning scientific parenting, optimize the educational environment to help reduce body symptoms; establish the special psychological counseling Station at school, harmony of parenting style, children develop good habits, strengthen the construction of class culture, promote the emotional communication between teachers and students, regulate the behavior of the media publicity, strengthen the positive energy of the guidance, help to slow the correct evaluation of their own impulse tendency; and others, overcome an inferiority complex have certain social skills, social support, the establishment of a social security mechanism to aid the single family to help slow down the lonely tendency.
