习近平教育现代化思想研究

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记始终重视教育方面的改革与发展,聚集全党的智慧,结合我国发展的实际,提出了一系列指导教育改革发展的新思想、新论断、新方法,继承并发展了邓小平的教育现代化思想,不仅对于我国教育发展方向提供了指引,而且对于我国现代化建设提供了智力支持。习近平教育现代化思想是以习近平为领导核心的中国共产党人从马克思主义的立场、观点以及方法出发的,结合当前世界教育发展环境和中国教育发展环境,科学地分析了新形势下我国教育工作的现状、出现的新问题、现实的需求以及人才发展的任务等,总结了改革开放以来教育改革的基本经验,而提出的关于教育发展新的观点和思想,构成了具有逻辑性的,反映了在新的历史条件下教育发展状况的教育现代化思想。本研究紧紧围绕习近平教育现代化思想依据当代中国教育发展现状,从全面建成小康社会、我国基本国情、经济新常态发展三个方面分析了习近平教育现代化思想产生的时代背景;从马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想中的有关教育现代化思想,改革开放以来邓小平、江泽民和胡锦涛的教育现代化思想中,探讨了习近平教育现代化思想的有关理论基础;梳理了习近平教育现代化思想的基本内容及其特点,说明其教育现代化思想主要包括教育观念的现代化、教育制度的现代化、教师队伍的现代化、教育技术的现代化以及教育保障的现代化。同时阐述了该思想所具有的开放性、全局性、创新性、科学性等特征。进而,从理论与实践上分析了习近平教育现代化思想的时代价值,即继承和发展了马克思主义教育思想、加速了社会主义现代化的发展进程、促进了中国特色社会主义教育的发展以及为促进人自由而全面发展提供了支撑。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached importance to the reform and development of education, gathered the wisdom of the whole party, and put forward a series of new ideas and judgments to guide the development of education reform and development in light of the reality of our country's development. The new method, inheriting and developing Deng Xiaoping's thought of educational modernization, not only provides guidance for the direction of education development in our country. Xi Jinping's thought of educational modernization is based on the Marxist standpoint, viewpoint and method. Combined with the current educational development environment in the world and the educational development environment in China, this paper scientifically analyzes the present situation, the new problems, the realistic demands and the task of talents development in China under the new situation. This paper summarizes the basic experience of educational reform since the reform and opening up, and puts forward new ideas and ideas on the development of education, which constitute a logical one. This research closely revolves around Xi Jinping's educational modernization thought according to the present situation of education development in contemporary China, and builds a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper analyzes the background of Xi Jinping's thought of educational modernization from three aspects: the basic national conditions and the new normal development of economy. From Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's thought about the modernization of education, since the reform and opening up to the outside world, Jiang Zemin and Jiang Zemin in the thought of educational modernization. This paper probes into the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's thought of educational modernization. This paper combs the basic contents and characteristics of Xi Jinping's thought of educational modernization, and explains that his thought of educational modernization mainly includes the modernization of educational concept, the modernization of educational system and the modernization of teachers. The modernization of educational technology and the modernization of educational security. At the same time, this paper expounds the characteristics of this thought, such as openness, overall situation, innovation, science and so on. This paper analyzes the contemporary value of Xi Jinping's educational modernization thought in theory and practice, that is, inheriting and developing Marxist educational thought and speeding up the development process of socialist modernization. It promotes the development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics and provides support for the free and all-round development of human beings.
