河南省大学生就业压力及其相关变量的关系研究

【摘要】：河南省作为第一人口大省,毕业生人数也在逐年上升,当前大学毕业生面对的就业压力也日益增加,社会各界对就业压力研究的关注度越来越高。本研究采用随机抽样的方法,以河南省6所高校的750名大学毕业生为被试。用青少年生活事件量表、症状自评量表、大学生就业压力问卷、心理弹性量表对大学毕业生进行施测研究。其中收回的有效问卷共654份,其中有效率为87.2%。本研究的目的是调查当今河南省毕业生的生活事件、心理健康水平、就业压力与心理弹性的状况,并进一步讨论这四个变量间的关系,为河南省高校就业服务者提出有价值的参考信息,并为大学生缓解就业压力,提高心理健康及心理弹性水平等方面做出一定的理论及实际应用贡献。研究的主要结果如下:(1)河南省大学毕业生就业压力状况中等偏下。(2)性别、生源地、专业、学校类型、有无兼职、家庭经济水平、专业满意度等对河南省毕业生就业压力的影响均达到了显著性差异。(3)生源地、专业、有无兼职、专业满意度等对河南省毕业生心理弹性水平的影响均达到了显著性差异,而性别、学校类型、家庭经济状况对心理弹性的影响未达到显著性差异。(4)家庭经济状况对河南省毕业生心理健康的影响达到了显著性差异。(5)生活事件与就业压力呈显著正相关,心理健康与生活事件、就业压力呈显著正相关,心理弹性与生活事件、就业压力、心理健康呈显著负相关。(6)心理健康在生活事件与就业压力间起部分中介作用。(7)心理弹性在就业压力和心理健康之间起调节作用。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is the first province with large population, the number of graduates is also rising year by year, the employment pressure of college graduates is also increasing day by day, and the attention of all walks of life to the study of employment pressure is more and more high. In this study, 750 college graduates from 6 universities in Henan province were selected by random sampling. College graduates were tested with the Adolescent Life events scale, symptom Checklist, Employment stress questionnaire and Psychological elasticity scale. A total of 654 valid questionnaires were collected, of which the effective rate was 87.2. The purpose of this study is to investigate the life events, the level of mental health, the employment pressure and the psychological resilience of the graduates in Henan Province, and to discuss the relationship between these four variables. This paper puts forward valuable reference information for the employment service of colleges and universities in Henan province, and makes some theoretical and practical contributions to relieve the employment pressure and improve the mental health and psychological elasticity of college students. The main results of the study are as follows: (1) the employment pressure of graduates in Henan Province is moderately lower.) gender, place of origin, major, school type, part-time employment, family economic level, The influence of professional satisfaction on the employment pressure of Henan graduates reached significant difference. The influence of major, part-time and professional satisfaction on the psychological elasticity of Henan graduates reached significant difference. However, gender, school type and family economic status had no significant difference in psychological elasticity. (4) the influence of family economic status on the mental health of graduates in Henan Province was significantly different. 5) Life events were significantly positively correlated with employment pressure. Mental health was positively correlated with life events, employment stress was significantly correlated with psychological elasticity and life events, employment stress, Mental health has a significant negative correlation. 6) Mental health plays a partial intermediary role between life events and employment stress. 7) resilience plays a regulatory role between employment pressure and mental health.
