课堂观察:基于教师专业发展目标的实践尝试

【摘要】：教师专业发展是学校建设的要务,组织教师团队开展课堂观察活动是促进教师专业发展的极佳途径。为促进教师专业发展的课堂观察活动常以教研组为单位组建团队,观察活动分为观察准备、实施观察和总结反思几个阶段。准备阶段对观察点的选择和设计有助于教师树立正确的课堂价值观,实施阶段角色的轮换和观察数据的记录有助于教师对他人与自我课堂的真切关注,反思阶段的梳理、汇总与讨论有助于发现课堂问题、改良教学行为。周而复始、持之以恒的观察活动能够帮助教师群体保持对课堂教学持久、细致的关注,能极大促进其自身的专业发展水平。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development is an important task in school construction. Organizing teachers' team to carry out classroom observation activities is an excellent way to promote teachers' professional development. In order to promote the teachers' professional development, the classroom observation activities usually take the teaching and research group as the unit to form the team, the observation activity is divided into the observation preparation, the implementation observation and the summary reflection several stages. The selection and design of observation points in the preparation stage can help teachers to establish correct classroom values, and the rotation of roles in the implementation stage and the recording of observation data are helpful for teachers to pay close attention to others and their own classroom, and to comb the stage of reflection. Summary and discussion can help to discover classroom problems and improve teaching behavior. Throughout the cycle, persistent observation can help teachers to maintain a lasting and careful attention to classroom teaching, and greatly promote their own level of professional development.
