正念练习对正念水平及主观幸福感的影响

【摘要】:本研究通过单组前后测的实验设计来探讨止念练习对正念水平及主观幸福感的影响。研究通过在大学讲座的方式招募被试,分组后分别进行为期6周的正念训练,最终得到14名被试的有效数据。训练前和训练后对全体被试进行正念及主观幸福感的问卷测量;其中,对正念水平的测量选用五因素正念量表(FFMQ),而主观幸福感的测量是通过对一个自编问题的主观评分进行的。训练的同时,每周收集小组成员有关正念的家庭练习时间,分别为正式练习的时间和日常练习的时间。研究通过分析数据得出,FFMQ的前后测总分有显著的提高,部分维度也呈现出显著的变化;测量主观幸福感的量表前后却没有明显变化。进一步,经过相关分析发现,除了FFMQ的个维度与练习时间成边缘显著的相关关系以外,其余指标均与正念练习时间没有显著的相关。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of stopping meditation on mindfulness and subjective well-being through the experimental design of a single group of pre-and post-test tests. After 6 weeks of mindfulness training, 14 subjects were tested by questionnaire before and after training. Among them, five factors mindfulness scale was used to measure the level of mindfulness, while the subjective well-being was measured by the subjective score of a self-made question. The group members' time of family practice about mindfulness was collected each week, which was the time of formal exercise and the time of daily exercise respectively. The study showed that the total score of FFMQ before and after FFMQ was significantly improved by analyzing the data. Some dimensions also showed significant changes; There was no significant change in the subjective well-being scale before and after the measurement. Further, the correlation analysis found that, in addition to the FFMQ dimension and practice time edge significant correlation. There was no significant correlation between the other indexes and the time of mindfulness exercise.
