人际交往团体辅导对改变大学生抑郁状况的作用研究

【摘要】:尽管对抑郁的研究很多,但是,多集中于探讨抑郁的病因,而对抑郁的康复关注较少;而且,关于抑郁康复的研究在研究对象上又多集中于那些被诊断为抑郁症的患者。而那些在数量上远远多余抑郁症患者,并且在现代社会中正以飞快的速度增长的阈下抑郁者则很少受到关注。本研究的目的就是探讨如何给那些存在高抑郁体验而非抑郁症患者的大学生提供有效的心理帮助,并进一步探讨影响这些大学生摆脱抑郁的重要因素。研究分两大块,一是探讨自我概念、社会支持与抑郁体验之间的关系;二是探讨人际交往团体对于降低高抑郁体验的大学生的抑郁水平的作用。 研究通过对730名大学生的抑郁体验水平、自我概念和社会支持水平的调查,探讨自我概念和社会支持水平对大学生抑郁体验水平的影响。通过路径分析发现,大学生自我概念与抑郁体验水平之间存在负相关(β=-.323~(***))。而大学生的社会支持水平对抑郁体验水平不存在直接的影响,而是通过自我概念这一中介因素起间接作用。研究还通过回归分析,对自我概念和社会支持水平的各个因子对抑郁体验水平的影响进行了探讨。发现心理自我(β=-.259~(***))对抑郁体验水平影响最大,其次是自我批评(β=.250~(***))、生理自我(β=-.103~*)和社会自我(β=-.104~*)。 研究选择了50名高抑郁体验和低自我概念的大学生进行实验研究。采用实验组、对照组和控制组前后测研究的方法。被试被随机分为5个小组,每组10人。其中两组作为实验组,参加人际交往团体辅导;另外两组作为对照组,参加以热爱户外运动为主题的团体辅导:还有一个组为控制组,不进行任何处理。实验组和对照组除在团体主题上存在差异外,其他各方面都进行一致的匹配。团体辅导每周1次,每次2小时,共进行10次。团体辅导结束后用与前测一样的测量工具进行后测。对实验组、对照组和控制组的后测得分以及前后测得分的变化量差异进行非参数检验。研究发现,与控制组比较,人际交往团体辅导和户外运动团体辅导都对大学生抑郁体验水平的改变起作用,且抑郁体验水平的变化量与对照组比较均有差异(Z分别是2.354~*和2.125~*),实验组抑郁体验的变化量、对照组抑郁体验的变化量都高于控制组抑郁体验的变化量。
[Abstract]:Although a lot of research on depression, however, focused on the etiology of depression, and depression in rehabilitation and less attention; research on rehabilitation of depression in the object of study and focus on patients who are diagnosed with depression. And those far in the number of redundant depression patients, and in modern society are rate of the fast growth of the subthreshold depression has received little attention. The purpose of this study is to explore how to those who have high depressive experiences rather than provide effective psychological help patients with depression of college students, and further explore the important factors affecting the students out of the depression. The research is divided into two blocks, one is to explore the concept of self, the relationship between social support and depression experience; the two is to explore the effect of interpersonal group to reduce the high levels of depression depression experience of college students.
Through the study of 730 college students experience depression level, investigation of self-concept and social support level, to explore the self concept and social support level to affect the level of experience of depression of college students. Through the path analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between College Students' self concept and depression experience level (beta =-.323~ (* * *)) and the social support of college students. The level of experience of depression level there is no direct effect, but indirectly through the mediating factors of self concept. The study also through regression analysis, the factors of self-concept and social support level experience influenced the level of depression were discussed. The study selected 50 high depression and low self-concept of college students was studied. The experimental group, control group and control group before and after test study.
