大学生的父母教养方式与其心理健康的关系的研究

【摘要】： 本研究选取大一至大四年级学生300人为被试，运用父母教养方式评价量表（EMBU）和症状自评量表（SCL—90）考察了大学生的父母教养方式和心理健康状况以及父母教养方式与其心理健康的关系，，发现： 1、大学生父母教养方式存在着性别差异。父亲教养方式对男大学生在惩罚、严厉维度上显著高于女大学生，在偏爱被试、拒绝、否认上显著低于女大学生。母亲对男大学生的教养方式在拒绝、否认上显著高于女大学生；父母的受教育水平是影响其教养方式的重要因素。 2、大学生存在心理问题的检出率为17％；大学生心理健康的总体水平及各症状因子不存在显著的年级差异；在九个症状因子中仅在偏执一项上存在显著的性别差异，男生症状比女生明显，其余八个因子及总分均不存在显著的性别差异。 3、大学生的父母教养方式是影响其心理健康的重要因素，不同的父母教养方式对子女的心理健康有不同的影响；大学生父、母教养方式对子女心理健康的影响存在着一致性；父母教养方式的情感温暖、理解维度是积极的教养方式，而拒绝、否认、过度保护、过分干涉、惩罚、严厉、偏爱被试是消极的教养方式；父亲的教养方式（情感温暖、理解、过分干涉、偏爱被试、过度保护）以及母亲的教养方式（拒绝、否认）相对于父母教养方式的其他维度对子女的心理健康有更重要的影响。
