大学生心理危机预防途径探讨

【摘要】：随着社会的发展、人的价值观多元化和生活方式多样化,大学生由于学业受挫、失恋、就业压力、心理疾病等原因诱发的心理危机,导致大学生自杀和伤害他人的事件时有发生。本文通过探讨大学生心理危机产生的主要原因,根据大学生心理危机的特征表现,提出高校预防大学生心理危机的途径,对促进大学生健康成长和社会的稳定有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of society , the diversity of people ' s values and the diversity of life style , the psychological crisis induced by college students ' suicide and harm to others has occurred due to the psychological crisis caused by academic frustration , lost love , employment pressure and mental illness . This paper discusses the main causes of college students ' psychological crisis , and puts forward the ways to prevent the psychological crisis of college students according to the characteristics of college students ' psychological crisis . It is of great significance to promote the healthy growth of college students and the stability of society .
