高校体育教师信息素养的培养策略研究

【摘要】:教育是民族的希望,教师是教育的希望。在以信息飞速增长为特征的时代,信息日益成为各领域中非常重要的因素。可以说,以信息能力为核心的信息素养将成为信息时代个体认知的重要手段,成为如读、写、算一样重要的一种基本的生存技能。信息时代呼唤对全民加强信息素养教育,作为教育的传授者和知识的传递者——教师,更应该首先具备全面的信息素养能力。与其他学科教师的信息素养相比,高校体育教师的信息素养普遍偏低,存在着“重要性理解到位,实际操作空位”的问题,在一定程度上影响着高校体育教育的发展和体育教师自身综合素质的提高。如何培养高校体育教师的信息素养,不断提高我国高校体育教学水平,成为一项艰巨而重要的任务。 本文在占有大量文献资料的基础上,,综合运用文献法、调查法、统计法、分析比较法等多种研究方法,对我国高校体育教师信息素养培养的必要性、可行性和现状等方面进行了较深入的分析,指出当前高校体育教师信息素养方面存在的问题,并提出了培养高校体育教师信息素养培养的建设性策略。 全文共分五个部分。第一、二、三部分从信息素养教育提出的背景、信息素养的内涵及高校体育教师信息素养培养的必要性等方面探讨了信息素养的一般理论知识。第四部分运用随机抽样的调查方法对重庆市部分高校体育教师进行了调查和分析。在此基础上,论文最后提出了对培养高校体育教师信息素养的建议性策略: 1、改革国家和教育系统的外部大环境建设 2、完善各高校内部自身信息化环境建设 3、加强高校体育教师自身信息素质培养
[Abstract]:Education is the hope of the nation, and the teacher is the hope of education. In the era characterized by the rapid growth of information, information has increasingly become a very important factor in various fields. It can be said that the information literacy with information ability as the core will become an important means of individual cognition in the information age and become a basic survival skill as important as reading writing and calculating. The information age calls for strengthening the information literacy education for the whole people. As the educator of education and the transporter of knowledge, the teacher should have the ability of comprehensive information literacy first. Compared with the information literacy of teachers in other disciplines, the information literacy of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is generally on the low side, and there is the problem of "understanding the importance in place and operating space in practice". To some extent, it affects the development of physical education and the improvement of physical education teachers' comprehensive quality. How to cultivate the information literacy of PE teachers in colleges and universities and improve the level of PE teaching in colleges and universities in China has become an arduous and important task. On the basis of possessing a great deal of literature and materials, this paper makes comprehensive use of literature method, investigation method, statistical method, analysis and comparison method, and so on, which is necessary for the cultivation of information literacy of PE teachers in colleges and universities in our country. This paper analyzes the feasibility and present situation of PE teachers, points out the problems existing in the information literacy of PE teachers in colleges and universities, and puts forward some constructive strategies for cultivating the information literacy of PE teachers in colleges and universities. The full text is divided into five parts. The first, second and third parts discuss the general theoretical knowledge of information literacy from the background of information literacy education, the connotation of information literacy and the necessity of information literacy cultivation of PE teachers in colleges and universities. The fourth part investigates and analyzes some college PE teachers in Chongqing by the method of random sampling. On this basis, the paper finally puts forward some suggestions to cultivate the information literacy of PE teachers in colleges and universities. 1.
