学习困难学生的成因和教育策略

【摘要】: 自人类诞生以来,个别差异就普遍存在了。随着义务教育广泛普及,人们对因材施教的需求空前高涨起来。对于在学习上遭遇困境的学生而言,我们不能一味归因于他们的懒惰或散漫,而应勇于探索、积极尝试,通过变革教学来促使他们获得真正的学业成功,增进他们的自信和自尊。学习困难学生,在班集体或家庭中常常处于孤立、被歧视的地位,于是,他们形成了与一般学生不同的特点,其性格的塑造,品德的培养是在一个多维的环境中完成的。本文主要围绕学习困难学生的内部和外部因素调查入手,通过对学习困难学生心理因素和家庭、学校、社会三因素问卷调查,了解学习困难学生心理状况和发展趋势,对学习困难学生在学习态度、兴趣、动机、意志以及自我意识等心理问题的成因进行分析,并就如何根据学生的实际开展学习心理辅导、激发学习内驱力、增强自信心、养成良好的学习习惯、排除不良情绪以及如何转变教育教学模式,加强学法指导,有效提高学习困难学生学业成绩等问题进行探讨,有针对性地做好学习困难生的教育转化工作。学习困难学生的教育问题越来越突出地摆在学校及教育工作者的面前,引起了全社会的关注和重视,并采取了一定教育措施、取得了一定的教育效果。同时,针对学习困难学生的教育提出了一些对策与思考,以供广大中学教育工作者借鉴与参考。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of mankind, individual differences have been widespread. With the widespread popularization of compulsory education, the demand for aptitude education has never been higher. For students who encounter difficulties in their studies, we should not just attribute them to laziness or slackness, but should be bold in exploring, actively trying to change their teaching to achieve real academic success. Boost their confidence and self-esteem. The students with learning difficulties are often isolated and discriminated against in the class or family. As a result, they have different characteristics from those of ordinary students. The shaping of their character and the cultivation of their moral character are completed in a multidimensional environment. This paper mainly focuses on the investigation of internal and external factors of students with learning disabilities, through the questionnaire survey of psychological factors and family, school and social factors of students with learning disabilities, to understand the psychological status and development trend of students with learning disabilities. This paper analyzes on the causes of psychological problems such as learning attitude, interest, motivation, will and self-consciousness of students with learning difficulties, and discusses how to carry out psychological counseling according to the students' actual situation, which can stimulate their learning drive and enhance their self-confidence. How to develop good study habits, eliminate bad emotions and how to change the education and teaching mode, strengthen the guidance of learning methods, and effectively improve the academic performance of students with learning difficulties are discussed. To do a good job in the education and transformation of students with learning difficulties. The educational problem of students with learning difficulties is more and more prominent in front of schools and educators, which has aroused the attention and attention of the whole society, and has taken certain educational measures and achieved certain educational effects. At the same time, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and reflections on the education of students with learning difficulties, which can be used for reference by educators in middle schools.
