新课改背景下语文教师的素养

【摘要】: 语文教师素养历来是研究者研究的热点课题之一,对语文教师素养进行研究有非常重要的现实意义。随着时代发生巨大的变化和新的课程改革不断涌现的今天,语文教师该有怎样的素养?本论文就在这样的背景下来探讨中小学语文教师的素养问题,以期对提高中小学语文课堂教学效果有所裨益。 本论文绪论部分介绍了本论文的研究背景、研究的范围、研究意义及研究方法。第二章主要对国内外有关语文教师素养的研究文献进行梳理,总结出研究者们对语文教师素养的共同观点。第三章主要通过问卷调查的方法对语文教师的素养现状进行调查,从中发现一线语文教师在知识、能力、思想品德等方面存在的不同程度的缺失。通过对语文教师素养现状调查的问题分析,阐述了语文教师素养缺失的原因。第四章在上述分析的基础上,阐述本论文关于新课改背景下语文教师素养的思考,提出对语文教师素养的新要求。第五章针对语文教师素养中相对缺失或必须强调的素养作粗浅的探讨,提出新课改背景下语文教师必须具备的素养:人文素养、探究素养、信息素养、心理素养。第六章对于新课改背景下语文教师如何提高自己的素养,本论文提出一些参考性的建议。本论文认为,语文教师首先应该从自身做起,思想上要有高度的认识,通过坚持不懈地读书和积极投身社会实践来提高自己的素养;此外,有关国家教育主管部门通过改进高师课程的设置和地方教育主管部门针对语文教师薄弱课程的培训来提高在职教师的素养。
[Abstract]:The quality of Chinese teachers has always been one of the hot topics of the researchers' research. It is of great practical significance to study the literacy of Chinese teachers. With the great changes in the times and the emergence of new curriculum reform, how should Chinese teachers have their qualities? This thesis will discuss the Chinese teaching of primary and secondary schools in this context. In order to improve the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools, teachers' literacy needs to be improved.
The introduction part of this paper introduces the research background, the scope of the research, the research significance and the research methods. The second chapter mainly deals with the research literature on the Chinese and foreign language teachers' literacy, and summarizes the common views of the researchers on the language teachers' literacy. The third chapter is the main element of the language teachers' elements through the questionnaire survey method. Through the investigation of the status quo, we find the lack of knowledge, ability and moral character in the first line language teachers. Through the analysis of the current situation of Chinese teachers' literacy, the reasons for the lack of Chinese teachers' literacy are expounded. The fourth chapter, on the basis of the above analysis, expounds the language of this paper on the background of the new curriculum reform. This paper puts forward the new requirements for the accomplishment of Chinese teachers. The fifth chapter makes a superficial discussion on the relative lack of Chinese teachers' accomplishment or the quality that must be emphasized, and puts forward the qualities that the Chinese teachers must possess in the background of the new curriculum reform: the humanistic quality, the inquiry accomplishment, the information literacy and the psychological accomplishment. The sixth chapter is on the background of the new curriculum reform. In this paper, the paper holds that Chinese teachers should start from themselves, have a high level of understanding, and improve their own cultivation by persevering in reading and actively participating in social practice; in addition, the relevant state education authorities have changed through the reform. The setting up of the teachers' colleges and the local education authorities should improve the quality of the in-service teachers in the light of weak training courses for Chinese teachers.
