【摘要】： 素质教育自从20世纪80年代被提出以来,一直是教育界广泛关注的热门话题,成为我国教育改革与发展的主旋律。但从目前的情形来看,素质教育的实施结果仍然忧多于喜,存在许多我们不能不正视的问题。“素质教育喊得轰轰烈烈,应试教育抓得扎扎实实”是许多学校实施素质教育的真实写照。特别是面对升学率这一硬指标时,素质教育更是显得异常脆弱与不堪一击,素质教育只不过是一句流行的工作口号和应付上级检查时的金字招牌。到底是实实在在地培养学生的素质还是扎扎实实地应付高考,在人们看来,俨然成了一个难以选择的“两难”问题。本文通过文献资料、理论研究和案例分析等方法,对我国素质教育的推进过程进行深刻反思,剖析了当前学生素质培养与高考升学对立“两难”问题的起因。本文认为,所谓的“两难”,只是由于人们没有洞悉矛盾的症结所形成的一种浮于表象的认识,而在实质上,学生素质培养与提高考试成绩不仅不矛盾,而且在真正的素质教育下,高考成绩会更好,两者是统一的。最后,本文从转变观念、改革高考制度和完善高校自主招生制度等层面上提出了解决“两难”问题的具体策略。本文的创新点在于通过以青岛二中作为案例,来把握素质教育在基层领域的实施现状和“两难”问题在实际中的具体表现。通过学校内部的教育实践的变革,以课堂为主渠道,实施素质培养与应试能力提高的双赢和建设高素质教师队伍等,来解决这个素质培养与高考升学的所谓“两难”问题,为素质教育的切实推进提供帮助。
[Abstract]:Quality education has been a hot topic in education circles since it was put forward in the 1980s. It has become the main theme of education reform and development in China. However, from the current situation, the implementation of quality education is still more worried than happy, there are many problems we can not ignore. Quality education is a true portrayal of the implementation of quality education in many schools. Especially in the face of the hard target of graduation rate, quality education is extremely fragile and vulnerable. Quality education is only a popular job slogan and a gold-lettered sign when dealing with higher inspection. Whether to cultivate students' quality or to deal with the college entrance examination in a down-to-earth manner has become a difficult dilemma for people to choose. Based on the methods of literature, theoretical research and case analysis, this paper makes a deep reflection on the advancement of quality education in China, and analyzes the causes of the dilemma between the quality training of students and the entrance examination of college entrance examination. This paper holds that the so-called "dilemma" is only a superficial understanding formed by people's lack of insight into the crux of the contradiction. In essence, there is no contradiction between the cultivation of students' quality and the improvement of examination results. And in real quality education, the college entrance examination results will be better, the two are unified. Finally, this paper puts forward some concrete strategies to solve the dilemma from the aspects of changing ideas, reforming the college entrance examination system and perfecting the independent enrollment system of colleges and universities. The innovation of this paper lies in taking Qingdao No.2 Middle School as a case to grasp the current situation of the implementation of quality-oriented education in the field of basic level and the concrete performance of the "dilemma" in practice. Through the reform of the educational practice within the school, taking the classroom as the main channel, implementing the win-win situation of quality training and the improvement of examination-oriented ability, and building the contingent of high-quality teachers, the so-called "dilemma" between quality training and college entrance examination can be solved. To provide help for the promotion of quality education.
