三因素框架下的案例教学效果的实证分析

【摘要】：案例教学是近年来教育心理学领域的一个研究热点,本研究的目的着重于检验教学相关因素如何影响案例教学效果。以影响案例教学效果的三因素框架图为理论基础,对浙江科技学院的230名本科生实施了问卷调查。通过对调查数据进行方差分析、因子分析和多重线性回归分析,得出学生个体因素、案例素材因素和案例分析因素三者之间不仅相互影响,而且共同影响案例教学效果的结论。因此,良好的案例教学的设计与实施不仅要考虑到学生的年级、性别差异,而且还要关注学生对于具有感性色彩和理性意味的案例素材的反应程度。
[Abstract]:Case teaching is a hot topic in the field of educational psychology in recent years. The purpose of this study is to test how teaching related factors affect the effect of case teaching. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 230 undergraduates of Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology on the basis of the three factors frame map which affects the effect of case teaching. By means of variance analysis, factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, it is concluded that students' individual factors, case material factors and case analysis factors not only affect each other, but also affect the effect of case teaching together. Therefore, the design and implementation of good case teaching should not only take into account the students' grade, gender differences, but also pay attention to the students' reaction to the case material with perceptual color and rational meaning.
