服务型政府背景下的教育服务性

【摘要】：在建设服务型政府的过程中,教育事业的公共服务性日益凸显。教育是政府服务职能的重要事项,是政府以人为本、执政为民的必然要求。教育本身具有服务性,教育在本质上就是为学习服务。教育服务的特殊性在于:它不是功利性的,不是强制性的,而是利他主义的。教育本身是一项公益性事业,所以教育的公共服务必须坚持教育的公共利益性,坚持教育的公共福利性,坚持教育的公正公平性。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a service-oriented government, the public service of education is increasingly prominent. Education is the important matter of government service function, is the government-oriented, ruling for the people's inevitable requirements. Education itself has the nature of service, education in essence is to serve for learning. The particularity of educational service lies in: it is not utilitarian, not compulsory, but altruistic. Education itself is a public welfare cause, so the public service of education must insist on the public interest of education, the public welfare of education, and the fairness and fairness of education.
