基于“以学员为本”的继续教育教学改革研究

【摘要】：提高继续教育教学质量,应坚持"以学员为本",充分研究成人学员的参训动机和学习心理;在教学过程中,引导学员树立正确的学习动机、加强培训教学的针对性和时效性,并对教学内容、教学方法、课堂气氛等方面进行一系列的改革。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the teaching quality of continuing education, we should adhere to the "student-oriented", fully study the motivation and psychology of adult students, guide the students to set up correct learning motivation, and strengthen the pertinence and timeliness of the training and teaching. And carries on a series of reforms to the teaching content, the teaching method, the classroom atmosphere and so on.
