埃里克森的自我同一性理论与大学生心理需求研究

【摘要】：大学生心理需求研究是大学生心理健康教育的重要组成部分,通过心理需求研究,可以为大学生心理援助提供科学依据,进而推动心理健康教育的发展。大学生作为一个特殊的群体,正处于青春发展期,心理发展有其独特之处,根据美国心理学家埃里克森的自我同一性理论,大学生的主要成长课题就是解决自我同一性与自我同一性混乱的冲突,因此,本文欲以埃里克森的自我同一性理论为基础,研究大学生心理需求的特点,包括同一性危机与大学生心理需求,同一性阶段论与大学生心理需求,大学生心理需求与心理援助体系构建。通过研究,一方面分析了大学生有哪些心理需求,另一方面,通过对大学生自我同一性危机、阶段与大学生心理需求关系的探讨,为大学生心理援助体系的构建提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:The research of college students' psychological needs is an important part of college students' mental health education. Through the research of psychological needs, it can provide scientific basis for college students' psychological assistance, and then promote the development of mental health education. As a special group, college students are in the period of youth development, psychological development has its own unique place, according to American psychologist Eriksson's theory of self-identity, The main subject of college students' growth is to solve the conflict between self-identity and self-identity chaos. Therefore, this paper is based on Eriksson's theory of self-identity, and studies the characteristics of college students' psychological needs. It includes identity crisis and college students' psychological needs, identity stage theory and college students' psychological needs, college students' psychological needs and the construction of psychological assistance system. On the one hand, it analyzes the psychological needs of college students. On the other hand, it provides a theoretical basis for the construction of college students' psychological assistance system by discussing the crisis of self-identity and the relationship between the stage and the psychological needs of college students.
