【摘要】：积极心理健康教育是在继承和整合积极心理健康、积极心理治疗、积极心理学、积极教育诸方面思想和实践的基础上,根据构建社会主义和谐社会的需要而创立的以积极和发展为取向,有目的、有计划地增进学生和国民心理健康的理论和实践体系。其最大创新之处在于:旗帜鲜明地提出"没有心理疾病≠心理健康",将"培养积极心理品质"摆在了"克服心理与行为问题"的前面,主张通过发展来化解问题,充分体现了教育的发展性、预防性功能。
