上海市中专新生疏离感的现状调查及团体干预

【摘要】: 疏离感是个体与周围的人、社会、自然以及自己等各种关系网络之间,由于正常关系的疏远,使个体意识到自己和对象之间产生了距离感、异和感以及不能熟识、融为一体,从而产生了不可控制感、无能为力感、孤独感、空虚感等消极的情感。目前虽然青少年疏离感的研究已经开始并取得一些成就,但是内容侧重于理论研究,包括疏离感:概念、结构、测量工具、相关因素研究等,干预研究很少。对象是大众化的青少年,缺乏对中专生这一特定群体的研究。 本论文在文献综述的基础上,进行了调查研究。以青少年疏离感为测量工具,对上海四所中专共计689名新生进行调查。研究表明:(1)中专新生的环境疏离感得分最高,社会疏离感次之,人际疏离感最低。(2)通过多元方差分析,学校变量对总体疏离感及多个疏离感维度存在不同程度的主效应;独生子女和家乡、家乡和学校以及性别和学校之间存在交互作用。(3)中专新生疏离感的产生主要集中在人际关系、自我认识和自我发展以及环境适应方面。 在上述问卷调查的基础上,本研究以降低中专新生疏离感水平为目的设计了一套团体心理咨询干预方案。团体干预以25名中专新生为被试,随机分成实验组与对照组,采用前后测实验设计,对实验组被试进行共八次,每周1次,每次约90分钟的团体心理咨询干预,对照组无干预。结果显示,实验组被试的疏离感水平有显著降低(p.01),且三个月后的追踪调查也显示了较低的疏离感水平(p.01),而对照组的疏离感水平无变化。通过分析和反思干预研究,总结出本次干预的疗效因子,包括(1)干预方案具有合理性与针对性;(2)认知调整和情绪宣泄;(3)以成员为中心,挖掘成员的潜在力量。
[Abstract]:Alienation is the sense of alienation between the individual and the people around him, society, nature, and the network of relationships around him. As a result of the alienation of normal relationships, the individual realizes that there is a sense of distance between himself and his object, a sense of alienation and a sense of unfamiliarity. This creates a sense of uncontrollability, powerlessness, loneliness, emptiness and other negative emotions. Although some achievements have been made in the study of adolescent alienation, the content focuses on the theoretical research, including alienation: concept, structure, measurement tools, relevant factors and so on. The object is the popular teenagers, lack of secondary school students, this particular group of research. On the basis of literature review, this paper has carried on the investigation and research. A total of 689 freshmen in four technical secondary schools in Shanghai were investigated by using adolescent alienation as a measuring tool. The results showed that: (1) the scores of environmental alienation were the highest, the social alienation was the second, and the interpersonal alienation was the lowest. (2) through the multivariate variance analysis, school variables had different main effects on the dimensions of overall alienation and multiple alienation; There is interaction between only child and hometown, home and school, sex and school. (3) the alienation of secondary school students is mainly focused on interpersonal relationships, self-awareness and self-development, and environmental adaptation. On the basis of the above questionnaire, this study designed a group psychological counseling intervention program to reduce the alienation level of the secondary school students. Group intervention was conducted on 25 freshmen in technical secondary school. They were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The subjects in the experimental group were treated with group psychological counseling for a total of eight times once a week for about 90 minutes each time, and the control group had no intervention. The results showed that the estrangement level of the experimental group was significantly lower (p. 01), and that of the control group was not changed after 3 months of follow-up investigation (p. 01). Through the analysis and reflection of intervention research, summed up the intervention effect factors, including (1) the intervention program has rationality and pertinence; (2) cognitive adjustment and emotional catharsis; (3) take the member as the center, excavate the potential strength of the member.
