【摘要】：西部农村实施免费义务教育已经1年有余,研究西部实施的经验对中东部地区顺利实施该项政策具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。研究表明:各县对免费义务教育政策的实施力度和范围以及在免除教科书和补助寄宿生生活费对象的确定上还存在很大的差异。
[Abstract]:Free compulsory education in western rural areas has been implemented for more than one year. The study on the experience of western implementation has important reference value and significance for the successful implementation of this policy in the central and eastern regions. The study shows that the implementation of the free compulsory education policy in each county and its scope and exemption from textbooks are of great significance. There is also a great difference in determining the object of living expenses of subsidized boarding students.
