张謇教育思想及其实践研究

【摘要】： 南通教育史很精彩的一笔是由清末状元、近代著名实业家、教育家张謇写就的。张謇在这块土地上高举“教育”与“实业”两面大旗,创制新式学校,开启民智,斩获中国近代教育史上多个第一。张謇教育思想包括以下几个方面:一,确立救兴亡、兴实业、开民智的教育宗旨;二,规定培养德、体、智协调发展的劳动者的教育方针;三,提出教育与实践相结合的教育方法;四、倡导从严治校、从严治学的教育手段。张謇教育实践主要是构建了南通近代教育体系,它包括以师范教育为本的普通教育体系、以生计教育为中心的职业教育体系、以大众教育为目的的社会文化教育体系以及以救助弱势群体为宗旨的慈善教育体系等四个子体系。通过考察张謇25年的教育生涯和他的教育思想,对于我们今后更好地推进社会主义现代化的文教事业可以提供许多有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The splendid stroke in the history of Nantong's education was written by Zhang Jian, a famous industrialist and educator in the late Qing Dynasty. On this land, Zhang Jian held high the flags of "education" and "industry" to create new schools and to open up the wisdom of the people. He won many first places in the history of Chinese modern education. Zhang Jian's educational thought includes the following aspects: first, to establish the educational purpose of saving rise and fall, to flourish industry, and to open up the wisdom of the people; second, to stipulate the educational policy for the workers who train morality, physical and intellectual development in a coordinated manner; and third, Finally, the author puts forward the educational method of combining education with practice; fourthly, it advocates strict management of school and strict means of learning. Zhang Jian's educational practice mainly constructed the modern education system of Nantong, which included the general education system based on normal education and the vocational education system with livelihood education as the center. The social cultural education system aiming at mass education and the charitable education system aiming at helping the disadvantaged groups are four sub-systems. By examining Zhang Jian's 25 years' educational career and his educational thought, we can provide many useful references for us to better promote the socialist modernization of cultural and educational undertakings in the future.
