【摘要】： 进入21世纪的今天,知识经济的兴起日益凸现了教育的突出地位和作用,教育对我国而言,不仅是一项高社会效益的战略性事业,更是一项高经济效益的基础性产业,已被作为对我国国民经济发展具有先导性、全局性、基础性意义的知识产业和关键性基础设施,提到了优先发展的战略重点地位并纳入了现代化建设的整体布局之中。教育投资是发展教育事业的物质保证。落实教育优先发展的战略地位,必须加大对教育投资的力度。因此,研究中国教育投资问题,特别是研究教育投资对经济增长的影响,对于中国社会经济发展,适应当前世界由工业经济向知识经济形态发展的新形势,对于中国实施“科教兴国”战略,赶超发达国家目标具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文从理论和实证两个不同的层面探讨教育投资与经济增长的关系,揭示它们之间的规律,并对我国教育投资与经济增长进行实证分析。通过理论与实证研究,分析我国各地区教育投资对经济增长的影响,以及两者之间存在的因果关系,以期为我国国民经济的宏观决策提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the rise of knowledge economy has increasingly highlighted the prominent position and role of education. For our country, education is not only a strategic cause with high social benefits, but also a basic industry with high economic benefits.It has been regarded as the knowledge industry and the key infrastructure which has the leading, overall and basic significance to the development of our national economy. It has put forward the strategic key position of priority development and brought it into the overall layout of the modernization construction.Education investment is the material guarantee for the development of education.In order to realize the strategic position of priority development of education, we must strengthen the investment in education.Therefore, to study the problem of Chinese education investment, especially to study the influence of education investment on economic growth, is suitable for China's social and economic development and to adapt to the new situation of the world from industrial economy to knowledge economy.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for China to carry out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and to catch up with the developed countries.This paper probes into the relationship between educational investment and economic growth from two different levels of theory and demonstration, reveals the laws between them, and makes an empirical analysis of educational investment and economic growth in China.Through theoretical and empirical research, this paper analyzes the impact of education investment on economic growth in various regions of China, and the causality between them, in order to provide a reference for the macro-decision-making of our national economy.
