教育的效率测度与人力资本理论的深化研究

【摘要】: 教育的效率对人力资本的影响一直是经济学中的重要组成部分。作为对教育与人力资本关系的研究,通常的做法是直接研究教育投资和教育年限对人群收入、税收等影响,然而在分析文献时,这种建立计量模型体系的方法存在着不合理的假设,因而不能真实反映教育与人力资本的关系;而效率的测量由于其定义的不确定性在定量分析过程中难度很大。本文正是在这种背景下,结合模糊聚类和神经网络等评价方法的特点,引入信息概念,分别建立教育效率的测量方法和人力资本质量测量方法;构造二者单独的评价指标和评价体系;把专家系统放入二者的评价体系中,以专家评价为纽带,通过人—机对话模式,给出客观的评价结果;深入研究了教育的传播过程,以及教育效率对人力资本质量产生的积极影响。分析了该评价体系的理论意义和实践意义。 本文引入全新的信息理念,把教育效率和人力资本质量构成统一在一个分析系统中,利用了信息技术、模糊数学、模糊聚类等理论考察教育效率和人力资本质量的实际测量方法;构造微观的实验室环境下的投票实验,考察投票实验中教育内容的传播过程,教育的效率评价,以及教育前后对人力资本和微观经济环境的影响;从微观角度证明了信息化下人—机对话系统是一种全新的信息技术跟踪和反馈系统,它可以将人力资本质量和教育效率放在一个体系中,通过输入基本数据可以自动输出改进意见和满意程度等结果,是一套完整的考察现状和给出建议的专家信息体系。
[Abstract]:The effect of educational efficiency on human capital has always been an important part of economics.As a study of the relationship between education and human capital, it is usually used to study directly the effects of investment in education and years of education on people's income, taxation, etc. However, in the analysis of the literature,The method of establishing the metrological model system has some unreasonable assumptions, so it can not truly reflect the relationship between education and human capital, and the measurement of efficiency is very difficult in the process of quantitative analysis because of the uncertainty of its definition.Under this background, combining the characteristics of fuzzy clustering and neural network, this paper introduces the concept of information and establishes the measurement methods of educational efficiency and human capital quality respectively.This paper constructs a separate evaluation index and evaluation system for them, puts the expert system into their evaluation system, takes the expert evaluation as a link, gives the objective evaluation results through the human-machine dialogue model, and deeply studies the spreading process of education.And the positive impact of educational efficiency on the quality of human capital.The theoretical and practical significance of the evaluation system is analyzed.This paper introduces a new concept of information, unifies the educational efficiency and the quality of human capital in an analysis system, using information technology, fuzzy mathematics,Fuzzy clustering and other theories are used to investigate the practical measurement methods of educational efficiency and human capital quality, to construct voting experiments in microscopic laboratory environment, to investigate the propagation process of educational content in voting experiments, and to evaluate the efficiency of education.And the influence on human capital and microeconomic environment before and after education. From the microcosmic point of view, the man-machine dialogue system under information technology is proved to be a new information technology tracking and feedback system.It can put the quality of human capital and the efficiency of education in one system, and it can automatically output the results of improvement and satisfaction by inputting basic data. It is a set of complete expert information system which can inspect the present situation and give some suggestions.
