云南大理白族自治州地方课程开发现状和发展策略

【摘要】： 当人类步入新的世纪,科学、经济、文化的迅猛发展对世界许多国家的教育和课程行政体制都提出了新的要求。世界各国为回应这一时代要求,在课程管理政策方面,都试图根据本国和本地区的实际情况,在集权和分权之间找到一种动态的平衡和最佳结合点。长期以来,我国基础教育课程管理高度集中和统一,缺乏多样性和选择性,地方课程长期处于薄弱的状态,导致我国基础教育课程与我国地域辽阔、各地区、各学校发展不平衡的国情不相适应,更不能满足学生个体发展的需要,改革中央集权式的课程管理制度乃大势所趋。国家教育部于2001年6月颁布了《基础课程改革纲要(试行)》,确定国家、地方、学校三级管理体系,地方课程由此也成为新一轮基础教育课程改革的亮点,引起了众多学者的理论关注。近年来,国内的地方课程的研究发展较为迅速,许多省市相继编写了地方教材并出台相关的实施方案,在地方课程的开发方面取得了可喜成绩。与我国中部和东部发达省份相比,云南省的地方课程发展相对滞后,尤其是在州、地区一级的地方课程开发和实施方面还存在诸多问题。以白族为主体民族的大理白族自治州,有着悠久的历史文化、众多的文物古迹,独特的人文景观和浓郁的民族风情,有着鲜明的民族特色,丰富的内涵和独特的教育价值。这些丰厚的文化资源是构成课程的潜在材质,而在长期大一统的课程管理体系下,当地丰富的民族文化资源未得到应有的重视和利用,地方课程的建设还存在不少问题:学校课程还没有成为传承民族文化的主要渠道,地方课程的开发还停留在浅层面,具体表现为开发途径较为单一和低层次,缺乏系统性。其次,地方文化资源开发不力,教师开发能力较为薄弱。此外,地方政府和教育主管部门对地方课程开发的热情不高,支持力度不够。本文将大理地方课程作为主要的研究对象,在调查大理白族自治州地方课程开发现状的基础上,通过对大理地方课程开发的价值和存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应准备策略、实施策略、支持策略。本文分为四章:第一章,阐述地方课程的内涵,包括地方课程的概念辨析、地方课程的特点。介绍国内外地方课程研究、实施和发展情况,并从不同学科视角分析了地方课程的理论基础。第二章,论述了大理白族自治州地方课程开发的价值。首先,分析大理地方课程资源状况;其次,阐明了大理地方课程开发的价值和意义。其中包括地方课程的文化功能,以及对地方和人的发展所具有的现实意义。第三章,在对大理地方课程开发进行调查的基础上,具体分析开发过程中存在的问题。第四章,针对大理地方课程开发中存在的问题,提出相应的开发策略:首先,必须明确大理地方课程的目标,精心筛选课程内容,进一步加强地方教材的编写。其次,以《大理历史文化》专题具体实施方案设计为例,深入探讨了大理地方课程具体实施策略。最后,阐述了大理地方课程开发的支持策略,即:完善地方课程的管理体制、建立科学的地方课程评价体系,并加强教师培训。本研究的创新之处主要体现在以下两个方面:第一,本研究以大理地方课程个案研究作为民族地区地方课程理论和实践研究的切入点,有针对性地、全面地探讨在少数民族地区地方课程的开发策略。而现有的地方课程研究中,涉及特定的少数民族地区地方课程具体的开发策略的尚不多见;第二,国内从理论上论述地方课程开发的研究较多,缺乏具体的操作性和实践性。本研究依据现代课程理论和已有的地方课程理论,从操作层面上来具体探讨少数民族地区地方课程开发和实践的策略,这也成为本研究的一创新之处。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science , economy and culture has put forward new demands on the education and curriculum administration system of many countries in the world . In response to the request of the times , the world countries have tried to find a dynamic balance and best combination between centralization and decentralization .

In recent years , the research and development of local curriculum in China has developed rapidly , and many provinces and cities have developed local textbooks and implemented relevant embodiments , and have achieved gratifying achievements in the development of local curriculum . Compared with the developed provinces of central and eastern China , the local curriculum development in Yunnan has lagged behind , especially in the state and district level , there are many problems in the development and implementation of local curriculum .

With the Bai nationality as the main ethnic group , the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture has a long history culture , a large number of cultural relics , a unique cultural landscape and a strong national style . These rich cultural resources are the latent material of the curriculum , and there are many problems in the construction of the local curriculum .

On the basis of investigating the present situation of local curriculum development in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture , this paper analyzes the value and existing problems of the local curriculum development of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture , and puts forward corresponding preparation strategy , implementation strategy and support strategy .

This paper is divided into four chapters : Chapter 1 , expounds the connotation of local curriculum , including the concept of local curriculum , the characteristics of local curriculum , introduces the research , implementation and development of local curriculum at home and abroad , and analyses the theoretical basis of local curriculum from different disciplines .

The second chapter discusses the value of local curriculum development in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture . Firstly , the author analyzes the situation of local curriculum resources in Dali . Secondly , it expounds the value and significance of the local curriculum development in Dali . It includes the cultural function of local curriculum and the practical significance to the local and human development .

In the third chapter , on the basis of the investigation of the development of Dali ' s local curriculum , the problems existing in the development process are analyzed .

Chapter 4 , aiming at the problems existing in the development of Dali local curriculum , puts forward the corresponding development strategies : Firstly , it is necessary to make clear the target of the local curriculum , carefully screen the content of the course and further strengthen the compilation of local textbooks .

Based on the modern curriculum theory and the existing local curriculum theory , this paper discusses the strategies of local curriculum development and practice in minority areas from the operational level , which also becomes an innovation of this study .
