大学生心理健康与人际关系、个性特征的调查研究

【摘要】：在关注心理健康的学生中,常常会听到他们谈论或评价自己的人际关系状况或询问良好个性特征的培养和塑造等方面的问题。这三者之间似乎存在着某种必然的联系。近年来,个别大学生恶性事件与轻生厌世问题的出现,都会引发人们对原先未被留意的可能存在的不良心理健康、过分敏感的人际关系和过分压抑的个性特征等问题的关注。人们普遍认为:良好的人际关系有利于个人的心理健康,比较外向的性格又有利于更好地打开人际关系的局面,同时更有利于在危机来临时寻求合适的社会支持。但具体来说他们的互相影响又是怎样的呢?如果能通过一定的途径寻找到三者的相关规律,将有利于大学生更好地防微杜渐,改善人际关系,提高心理健康程度,塑造良好的个性品质,增强社会生存能力与职业竞争能力。
[Abstract]:Among students who pay attention to mental health, they are often heard to talk about or evaluate their personal relationships or to ask questions about the cultivation and shaping of good personality traits. There seems to be a certain connection between these three. In recent years, the emergence of individual college students' vicious events and the problem of life weariness will arouse people's attention to the problems of unhealthy mental health, over-sensitive interpersonal relationship and excessively suppressed personality, which may not have been paid attention to. It is generally believed that a good interpersonal relationship is beneficial to the mental health of the individual, a more extroverted personality is conducive to better opening up the situation of interpersonal relationship, and it is also more conducive to seeking suitable social support in the event of a crisis. But what is their interaction with each other? If we can find the relevant laws of the three through certain channels, it will be helpful for college students to better prevent the gradual development of dudun, improve their interpersonal relations, improve their mental health, and shape their good personality qualities. Strengthen social survival ability and professional competition ability.
