高等院校课堂教学质量评价体系的构建

【摘要】: 随着高校招生数量的增加和教育改革的发展,高等教育的质量问题成为社会和公众关注的热点。在我国,高等院校仍然以课堂教学作为其教学的主要形式,因此,提高高等教育的质量必须着重提高高校课堂教学的质量。而教师作为课堂教学的直接实施者,其教学态度是否端正、课前准备是否充分、对教学内容的理解和把握是否得当、教学方法的使用是否合理,这些都是影响授课质量的主要因素,为此,必须建立、健全课堂教学质量评价和监控机制以对人才培养的过程进行全程监督。 开展课堂教学质量评价是教学质量监控机制的重要组成部分,构建科学、合理的高等院校课堂教学质量评价体系对教师授课质量进行客观、公正的评价,对教师教学水平的提升、学生学习质量的提高以及教学管理的系统化与科学化有着十分重要的现实意义。 本研究的创新与特色: 1、以专家和学生作为课堂教学质量评价的主体,考虑到这两类评价主体对课堂教学质量评价的侧重点不同,本研究分别建立了专家(包括同行专家和管理者)用和学生用课堂教学质量评价体系,在满足不同评价主体的评价需求的同时,也能对教师的授课质量做出更全面、更客观的评价。 2、考虑到学生与教师密切接触的特征,本研究通过发放调查问卷的形式向教学经验丰富的专家和长期从事教学管理工作的人员进行咨询,确定了专家的评价结果和学生的评价结果在课堂教学质量综合评价中的比例构成为4:6,确立了学生在评价主体中的主导地位。 本研究主要进行了以下几方面的工作: 1、在掌握了教育评价一般理论的基础上,借鉴本领域已有研究成果,界定了教学质量、课堂教学质量评价和课堂教学质量体系的概念。 2、结合国内外高校开展课堂教学质量评价的现状,遵循建立评价体系的基本原则,初步构建了包含专家和学生两个层面的高等院校课堂教学质量评价体系,满足了不同评价主体的评价需求,体现了评价主体的多元化。 3、以面谈、打电话、发送电子邮件等形式,经过两轮专家咨询,参考专家的意见对最初的评价体系进行修改,最终完成评价体系的构建,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。 4、通过实例简单验证了该评价体系的有效性。研究结果表明:构建的高等院校课堂教学质量评价体系能够反映大学课堂教学的特点;制定的评价标准较为科学合理并具有较强的可操作性,能够体现现代教学理念;利用该评价体系对教师课堂教学质量进行评价得到的结果比较客观、公正、可靠;为高等院校开展课堂教学质量评价提供了较为有效的工具,为丰富和完善教学质量监督和保障机制做了有益尝试。
[Abstract]:With the increase of college enrollment and the development of educational reform, the quality of higher education has become a hot spot in the society and the public. In our country, colleges and universities still take classroom teaching as the main form of teaching, therefore, to improve the quality of higher education must focus on improving the quality of classroom teaching in colleges and universities. As the direct implementers of classroom teaching, whether the teacher's teaching attitude is correct, whether the preparation before class is sufficient, whether the teaching content is understood and grasped properly, whether the teaching method is reasonable or not, These are the main factors that affect the teaching quality. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and perfect the evaluation and monitoring mechanism of classroom teaching quality in order to supervise the whole process of personnel training. The evaluation of classroom teaching quality is an important part of the monitoring mechanism of teaching quality. To construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities is to objectively and fairly evaluate the teaching quality of teachers. It is of great practical significance for the improvement of teachers' teaching level, the improvement of students' learning quality and the systematization and scientization of teaching management. The innovation and characteristics of this study are as follows: 1. Taking experts and students as the main body of classroom teaching quality evaluation, considering that the emphasis of these two kinds of evaluation subjects on classroom teaching quality evaluation is different, In this study, experts (including peer experts and managers) and student-oriented classroom teaching quality evaluation systems were established, which can meet the evaluation needs of different evaluation subjects, but also make a more comprehensive teaching quality of teachers. 2. Taking into account the characteristics of close contact between students and teachers, this study consults experienced teaching experts and those who have long been engaged in teaching management through the issuance of questionnaires. The proportion of the evaluation results of experts and students in the comprehensive evaluation of classroom teaching quality is determined to be 4: 6, and the dominant position of students in the evaluation subject is established. The main work of this study is as follows: 1. On the basis of mastering the general theory of educational evaluation and drawing on the existing research results in this field, the author defines the teaching quality. The concepts of classroom teaching quality evaluation and classroom teaching quality system. 2. According to the present situation of classroom teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities at home and abroad, the basic principles of establishing evaluation system are followed. The evaluation system of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities with two levels of experts and students is preliminarily constructed, which meets the evaluation needs of different evaluation subjects and reflects the diversity of evaluation subjects. 3. After two rounds of expert consultation and referring to the opinions of the experts, the initial evaluation system was revised, and the evaluation system was finally completed. The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the effectiveness of the evaluation system is simply verified by an example. The results show that: the evaluation system of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities can reflect the characteristics of college classroom teaching, the evaluation standard is more scientific and reasonable and has strong operability, and it can reflect the modern teaching idea. The results obtained by the evaluation system are objective, fair and reliable, which provide a more effective tool for the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities. In order to enrich and perfect the teaching quality supervision and guarantee mechanism has made the beneficial attempt.
