课堂教学变革中的教师思维方式发展

【摘要】：教育变革不仅要转变教师的外在行为,更要重视教师思维方式的转型。在“新基础教育”改革①实验中,教师思维方式的发展经历了改革前对分析性和确定性思维方式的过分追求,到改革中的二元对立思维方式和多种确定性思维方式开始出现,再到深层变革阶段的复杂性思维逐渐形成的过程,并由此引起了师生生命质量的提升。
[Abstract]:Educational reform should not only change teachers' external behavior, but also pay more attention to the transformation of teachers' mode of thinking. In the experiment of the reform of "New basic Education", the development of teachers' thinking mode has experienced the excessive pursuit of analytical and deterministic thinking mode before the reform, and the dualistic opposite thinking mode and various deterministic thinking modes have begun to appear in the reform. Then the complex thinking is gradually formed in the stage of deep transformation, which leads to the improvement of the quality of life of teachers and students.
