北京市新任信息技术教师信息技术素养研究

【摘要】: 目前,,我国的教育信息化在迅猛发展,信息技术在教学中发挥这越来越重要的角色。在北京市,关于信息技术的使用者,他们的信息技术水平到底是怎么样的。尤其是刚刚从事信息技术教育工作的新任信息技术老师,他们的信息技术素养如何,还没有人进行过系统的研究。而这些老师恰恰是北京市教育信息化的重要的参与者和主要的执行者。这些教师的信息技术素养的高低直接决定了北京市教育信息化的进程。 在教育信息化的进程中,硬件是基础,教育资源是核心,应用是目的,人才是关键。本文通过对北京市中小学信息技术教师中的一个特殊群体——新任信息技术教师的信息素养做了一个全面的调查研究。通过研究全面了解他们信息技术素养,从而为今后的信息技术教师的专业发展提供可靠的第一手资料;通过研究发现他们在工作中存在的问题,并且针对这些问题给他们提出解决方案,使他们能够全面参与教学。最后通过研究,就新任中小学信息技术教师在教育信息化中应发挥的作用的问题,提出自己的见解和建议。最终的目前要找到这些教师的在教育信息信息化大潮中的位置,也就是说他们应该发挥什么样作用,最终为他们在学校中的可持续发展提供一个相对广泛的空间。
[Abstract]:At present, the education information in our country is developing rapidly, and information technology plays an increasingly important role in teaching. In Beijing, about the information technology user, their information technology level is exactly what. Especially the new IT teachers who have just been engaged in IT education, their IT literacy has not been systematically studied. These teachers are the important participants and the main executors of Beijing education informatization. The information technology literacy of these teachers directly determines the process of education informatization in Beijing. In the process of educational informatization, hardware is the foundation, educational resources are the core, application is the goal, and talent is the key. This paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the information literacy of new information technology teachers, a special group of information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools in Beijing. Through a comprehensive understanding of their IT literacy through research, thus providing reliable first-hand information for the professional development of IT teachers in the future, and finding out the problems existing in their work through research, And to solve these problems to them, so that they can fully participate in teaching. Finally, through the research, the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions on the role of the new information technology teachers in the education informatization. Finally, it is necessary to find out the position of these teachers in the tide of education information, that is, what role they should play, and finally provide a relatively wide space for their sustainable development in the school.
