职业技术学院学生生活方式健康测评与心理健康水平的相关性

【摘要】：目的:调查、测评职业院校学生生活方式,并测试和分析其与心理健康的关系。方法:于2006-05整群随机分层抽取湖南环境生物职业技术学院医学、药学、护理3个医学专业系在校学生10个班级466名作为调查对象。采用梁静的健康生活方式测验量表改进版和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行团体测评和比较分析。健康生活方式测验量表包括16个问题,每个问题有3个回答选项以供选择,每个选项得分为0,10,20,30分不等。此量表系在梁静生活方式测验量表的原则和基础上,根据学生的学习和生活特点,在个别问题和个别回答选项的词句表达上进行了适当的变更和调整。调整后未影响信度和效度。将“健康生活方式测验量表”16组问题的回答选项结果进行计分,16个得分数字相加即为健康评分总分。临床症状自评量表包含躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等10个因子共90个条目。结果:发放问卷466份,回收合格问卷450份,有效率96.57%。①70.67%学生的生活方式健康评分在280～400分的较高分区,属非常健康、文明生活方式型;24.22%在160～280分中游区,属黄灯警示生活方式型。②不同类别学生生活方式评分比较,男生与女生差异显著(333.4±51.9,305.5±56.7,P0.05);城市生源高于农村生源,差异显著(314.4±56.2,297.4±56.5,P0.05);不同年龄段比较和不同专业比较,差异均无显著性意义。③生活方式健康评分与SCL-90各因子均呈负相关(r=-0.246,-0.174,-0.190,-0.269,-0.282,-0.279,-0.201,-0.229,-0.236,P0.01)。④与国内常模比较,生活方式健康评分400分以下的学生躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等8个因子分显著增加,差异显著(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:有近1/4的学生生活方式健康红灯开始报警。生活方式文明健康状况与心理健康水平高度相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and evaluate the lifestyle of vocational college students, and to test and analyze the relationship between life style and mental health. Methods: in May 2006, 466 students from 10 classes of 3 medical majors in Hunan Institute of Environmental Biology and Technology were randomly selected as subjects. The improved version of Liang Jing's healthy lifestyle Test and symptom Checklist (SCL-90) were used for group assessment and comparative analysis. The healthy lifestyle questionnaire consisted of 16 questions, each with 3 answer options, each with a score of 0 / 10 / 20 / 30. This scale is based on the principle and basis of Liangjing lifestyle Test. According to the characteristics of students' study and life, it has made appropriate changes and adjustments in the expressions of individual questions and individual answer options. After adjustment, reliability and validity were not affected. The results of the 16 groups' answer options in the healthy lifestyle Test scale were scored, and the total score of 16 scores was added up to the total score of the health score. The SCL-90 includes 90 items including somatization, compulsive symptoms, interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation, and psychosis. Results: 466 questionnaires were sent out and 450 qualified questionnaires were collected. The effective rate was 96.57.170.67% of the students' lifestyle health score was in the higher district of 280 ~ 400, which was very healthy. The civilized lifestyle type was 24.22% in the middle part of 160 ~ 280 points. There were significant differences between male and female students (333.4 卤51.9305.5 卤56.7), urban students were higher than rural students (314.4 卤56.2297.4 卤56.5p0.05), different age groups and different majors were significant (P < 0.05), the difference was significant (314.4 卤56.2297.4 卤56.5p0.05), and the difference between male and female students was significant (333.4 卤51.9305.5 卤56.7p0.05), while that of urban students was higher than that of rural students (314.4 卤56.2297.4 卤56.5P0.05). There was no significant difference between the scores of lifestyle health and SCL-90 (r = 0.246U -0.174U -0.1904U -0.269U -0.282U -0.279U -0.229U -0.236g P0.01) .4 compared with the domestic norm, the students with lifestyle health scores below 400 were somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, and anxiety. The scores of 8 factors, such as paranoid ideation and psychosis, increased significantly (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion: nearly a quarter of the students started to call the red light for lifestyle health. The health status of lifestyle civilization is highly related to the level of mental health.
