用什么牵引校本研修前行

【摘要】:近年来,校本教研、联片教研、网络教研等纷纷涌现,教研方式呈现多元化走向,人们对教研方式的探讨逐渐深化和拓展:一线教师该不该搞研究,能不能搞研究,学校的教研该怎么做才能解决实际教学问题,才能促进教师的专业成长,教育行政部门和教研机构该扮演什么角色……诸如此类的问题不断跃入人们的视野。为此,教学研究栏目将推出系列报道,从区域和学校等层面来展示教研的实践,让生动的现场和鲜活的经验来解答上述困惑;用他们的智慧和行动,启发和唤醒更多的区域、学校和教师,探索有效的教研制度、教研文化,不仅解决教育教学问题,更为教师的专业成长提供强有力的支撑,切实改善素质教育的生态环境。从本期开始,以广东省深圳市福田区的校本研修作为此系列报道的开篇,让我们共同分享各地开展教研的成果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, school-based teaching and research, joint film teaching and research, network teaching and research have emerged one after another, teaching and research methods have shown a diversified trend, and people's discussion of teaching and research methods has gradually deepened and expanded: should front-line teachers engage in research or not, can they do research? How to do the teaching and research in schools can solve the practical teaching problems, promote the professional growth of teachers, and what role should the educational administrative departments and teaching and research institutions play. Questions like this keep jumping into people's minds. To this end, the Teaching and Research Program will launch a series of reports to showcase the practice of teaching and research at the regional and school levels, to allow vivid field and fresh experience to solve the above puzzles, and to use their wisdom and action to inspire and awaken more regions. Schools and teachers, exploring effective teaching and research system, teaching and research culture, not only solve the problems of education and teaching, but also provide strong support for teachers' professional growth, and effectively improve the ecological environment of quality education. From this issue, with the Futian District of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province as the beginning of this series of reports, let us share the results of teaching and research.
