挪威“优质”教师教育改革政策述评

【摘要】:2001年,为配合基础教育改革,挪威颁布了“优质”教师教育改革政策。在政策制订上,突出了中央管理与地方自治相结合;在政策内容上,既重视教师的知识技能,又强调教师的整体素质;在政策内涵上,重视文化在教师养成中的价值。同时,为进一步促进教师专业发展,提出了教师教育的国际合作计划。
[Abstract]:In 2001, in order to coordinate with the basic education reform, Norway promulgated the "quality" teacher education reform policy. In policy formulation, the combination of central management and local autonomy is highlighted; in policy content, teachers' knowledge and skills are emphasized as well as teachers' overall quality; in policy connotation, the value of culture in teachers' cultivation is emphasized. At the same time, in order to further promote the professional development of teachers, the international cooperation plan of teacher education is put forward.
