【摘要】：当代大学生所处的环境文化多元、思潮涌动,他们在物质和精神文化方面的需求均十分强烈,思维情感丰富,情绪起伏多变,很容易受到外部因素影响,产生不健康的情绪,从而对心理健康构成威胁,影响高校思想政治教育活动的实施效果。2004年中共中央、国务院颁发的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》(中发[2004]16号文件)强调：“加强和改进大学生思想政治教育既要以理服人,又要以情感人。要坚持以人为本,贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生,努力提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。”情绪管理作为大学生对自身情绪进行觉知、控制与调节的手段,与大学生自身联系紧密,它既能从认知情绪产生原因上做到以理服人,又能从情绪感染的角度做到以情感人,应广泛应用于高校思想政治教育实践中,为提高当代大学生的情绪智力水平,促进大学生心理健康,增加思想政治教育的实效性和感染力提供了可能,对进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育具有重要的现实意义。文章结合情绪管理的内涵与功能,探讨了其与思想政治教育结合的必要性和可行性,然后按照“现状-原因-对策”的经典结构,总结了当代大学生情绪智力水平的现状,分析了其产生的原因,然后根据所得原因提出基于情绪管理的当代大学生思想政治教育新方式。具体说来,文章从三个方面展开了对论题的讨论：第一章主要介绍了情绪管理相关概念的内涵并分析了以情绪管理为基础进行思想政治教育的必要性和可行性。内涵介绍包括情绪管理的几个相关概念：情绪、情绪智力以及情绪管理概念本身,对以情绪管理为基础进行思想政治教育的必要性和可行性进行了多角度的分析,指出了情绪管理在思想政治教育中所起到的作用及其现实操作性。第二章主要归纳和总结了近十年来当代大学生情绪智力水平的现状,并对其进行了原因分析。通过对众多学者期间在全国各地做的抽样调查的资料进行梳理和归纳,总结出了当代大学生在情绪智力上的表现和出现的问题,然后以思想政治教育者的视角,从思想政治教育系统的四要素“主体、客体、介体、环体”四个方面针对这些表现和问题进行了分析。第三章提出了基于情绪管理的思想政治教育方式,是本文的核心内容。该部分依据上文的分析结果也有针对性地从思想政治教育系统的四要素“主体、客体、介体、环体”四个方面提出了基于情绪管理的思想政治教育新方式,分别为：以主体为视角,使思想政治教育施教者提高对情绪管理的重视并将其运于自身生活与工作之中；以客体为视角,使思想政治受教育者充分掌握情绪管理的科学方法；以介体为视角,将情绪教育作为方式和手段,包括开设情绪教育课程、利用赏识教育手段、把握情绪教育时机等；以环体为视角,通过优化校园环境、家庭环境和社会环境为良好情绪的培养创造外部条件。力求从思想政治教育诸要素的角度全方位地提出有效策略。

According to the meaning and function of emotion management, discusses the necessity and feasibility of the combination of Ideological and political education, and then in accordance with the "status quo reason countermeasure" classic structure, summarizes the current situation of contemporary college students' emotional intelligence level, the causes are analyzed. Then based on the reasons, and proposes a new way of Contemporary College Students Political Education Based on emotion management. Specifically, the article discusses on the topic from three aspects:
The first chapter mainly introduces the concept of emotional management and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of emotion management as the basis of Ideological and political education. The connotation includes several related concepts of emotion management: emotion, emotional intelligence and emotional management concept, necessity and feasibility of emotion management as the basis of Ideological and political education the multi angle analysis, pointed out the emotion management in the role of the ideological and political education and its practical operation.
The second chapter mainly summarizes the current situation of contemporary college students' emotional intelligence level of the past ten years, and the reasons are analyzed. Through the sampling survey during the period of many scholars in all parts of the country do the data were sorted and summarized, summed up the performance in the emotional intelligence of college students and the problems, then in the ideological and political education from the perspective of Ideological and political education system of the four elements of subject, object, medium, four aspects of the ring body "analysis of these performance and problems.
The third chapter puts forward the emotional management mode of Ideological and political education based on the core content of this paper.
