【摘要】:随着我国高等教育进入大众化发展阶段和人们对高等教育需求的日益多元化,国家鼓励和支持社会力量以多种形式办学。民办高校经过多年发展,已从作为公办教育的有益补充发展成为高等教育事业的重要组成部分。但是高等教育规模的过快增长,也给高等教育质量带来了挑战。高等教育质量的核心是人的发展,学生既是学校教育的接受主体,又是质量的主体,学生评价应该成为高等教育质量评价的组成部分,因此本论文从大学生的就读经验的角度来考察民办和公办本科院校的教育质量。 本研究选取同属于第二批次录取的公办本科H学院和民办本科E学院作为案例学校,通过《大学生就读体验调查问卷》对其大四学生进行抽样调查,考察学生对教学保障条件,培养过程和学习收获等方面的评价。试图探讨如下问题:1、所选公办与民办院校的学生就读体验如何?2、两校学生就读体验表现出哪些差异?3、影响两校学生就读体验的因素是哪些?4、如何提高应用型人才的培养质量? 本研究的第一章主要对选题缘由、研究意义、相关概念和文献综述进行阐述和分析,为论文奠定研究背景和基础。第二章根据研究目标和研究问题进行研究设计,包括确定研究方法、设计调查问卷和选择研究对象等。第三、四、五章分别从保障条件(含基础设施、校园文化和教学管理)、培养过程(含教学过程、实践教学和师生交往)和评价(含自我评价和综合评价)三个维度对学生就读体验的调查数据进行分析,比较两校之间的相似性和差异性。第六章总结两校的调查结果,并进行原因分析,最后结合“以学生为中心”的相关理论,提出高校提高人才培养质量的相关建议。 研究主要发现: 1、保障条件:在基础设施方面,两校在教学仪器设备和学生宿舍方面有显著差异,除图书馆的服务和学校食堂外,民办E学院的学生满意度高于公办H学院。两校在校园环境、校园文化氛围和教学管理上有显著差异,民办E学院的学生评价高于公办H学院。 2、培养过程:在教学过程方面,两校的兼职教师授课的频率差异最大,然后依次为教师的教学水平、公选课的开设、教学方法、教学态度和专业课程结构,且民办E学院学生评价高于公办H学院。在实践教学方面,两校在实验课程安排和专业实习安排方面有显著差异,民办E学院的学生满意度要高于公办H学院。在师生交往方面,两校在与教师讨论学习、讨论理想和参与教师的研究方面有显著差异,民办E学院的师生交往比公办H学院更频繁。 3、评价部分:在自我评价方面,两校有显著差异,除品德修养和社会责任感外,民办E学院学生能力获得自评高于公办H学院。在综合评价上,两校有显著差异,且民办E学院的学生满意度高于公办H学院。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's higher education into the stage of popularization and diversification of people's demand for higher education, the State shall encourage and support social forces in various forms of running schools. Private universities after years of development, from the beneficial supplements of public education development has become an important part of higher education. But the higher education scale rapid growth but also to the quality of higher education has brought challenges. The core of the higher education quality is the development of human body, is to accept students of school education, is the main quality, student evaluation should be part of the higher education quality evaluation, this paper from the undergraduate experience in the perspective of private and public universities the quality of education.
This study selected second batches of college admission belong to the public college H, and E as a case of private undergraduate school, by students learning experience questionnaire > < sampling senior of the students study the security conditions of teaching, training evaluation process and learning gains. Attempts to explore the following questions: 1, the selected public and private college students experience? 2, two students studying experience which showed the difference? 3, what are the influence factors of the two students studying experience? 4, how to improve the training quality of applied talents?
The first chapter is mainly on the research background, research significance, related concepts and the literature review and analysis, research background and lay the foundation for the whole paper. The second chapter is the research design according to the research objectives and research questions, including the determination of research methods, questionnaire design and the selection of research objects. The third, fourth and five chapter respectively from the the security conditions (including infrastructure, campus culture and teaching management), training process (including teaching process, teaching practice and communication between teachers and students) and evaluation (including self evaluation and comprehensive evaluation) three dimensions of student experience survey data were analyzed by comparing similarities and differences between the two schools. The sixth chapter summarizes the survey the results of the two schools, and analyzes the reason, combining the theories of "student centered", put forward some suggestions of improving the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities.
The main findings are as follows:
1, security conditions: in terms of infrastructure, there are significant differences in the teaching facilities and student dormitories in universities, library services and the school canteen, private college E H college. Student satisfaction is higher than the public schools in the campus environment, there are significant differences of campus culture atmosphere and teaching management, student evaluation of private college E the H is higher than the public school.
2, the training process: in the process of teaching, the frequency difference of part-time teachers teaching the two largest, followed by the teacher's teaching level, open elective course teaching method, teaching attitude and curriculum structure, and evaluation of students in private college E H higher than the public school. In practice teaching, there are significant differences between practice in the course arrangement and professional arrangement, private E college student satisfaction is higher than public college H. The communication between teachers and students, teachers and schools in learning, discussion and Research on ideal teachers have significant differences, communication between teachers and students from private college E more frequently than the public H college.
The 3 part: the evaluation, in terms of self evaluations, both have significant differences, in addition to moral and social responsibility, private E college students ability to obtain self rating higher than the public H college. In the comprehensive evaluation, the two schools have significant differences, and the private E school student satisfaction is higher than the public H college.
