【摘要】:我国公共管理硕士教育的市场前景和社会需求十分广阔,自设立公共管理硕士专业以来,报考人数逐年扩大,使得公共管理硕士教育在提高我国公务员及其其他公共机构人员素质的过程中起到了重要作用。公共管理硕士教育的教学目标应当具有应用性和实践性。当前,我国公共管理硕士教育的办学自主性有限,在课程设置上也存在一定的问题。今后,我国公共管理硕士教育可以从以下几方面加强改革:注重跨学科的发展,教师资源的多元化;加大实践教学、案例教学的比例;注重公共管理硕士教育的国际化;注重对公共行政精神的培养。
[Abstract]:The market prospect and social demand of Master of Public Administration education in China are very broad. Since the establishment of Master of Public Administration major, the number of applicants has expanded year by year. The master of public administration education has played an important role in the process of improving the quality of civil servants and other public institutions. The teaching objectives of the master of public administration education should be applied and practical. The autonomy of the master of public administration education in our country is limited, and there are some problems in the curriculum. In the future, the master of public management education in our country can strengthen the reform from the following aspects: pay attention to the development of interdisciplinary. The diversity of teachers' resources; Increasing the proportion of practical teaching and case teaching; Pay attention to the internationalization of master's education in public administration; Pay attention to the cultivation of the spirit of public administration.
