【摘要】:本文针对当前吉林大学就业指导教师队伍及培训现状,,通过运用项目管理中全面质量管理等理论,结合学校实际开展的如何加强就业指导教师的培训质量体系建设,进一步规范和提升吉林大学就业指导教师的培训质量,为今后不同时期开展就业指导教师培训在培训质量和效果上提出制度规范。 吉林大学于2003年开设了《大学生就业指导课》,按照教育部要求,2009年、2014年先后开设了《大学生职业发展与就业创业指导课》,针对一年级本科学生进行职业生涯规划和创业通识能力教育,针对毕业年级学生进行求职择业指导。也就是说,吉林大学每年要对近2万名本科学生开课。由于这门课程的特殊性,要求教师既要懂生涯规划的理论,又要有就业工作的实践经验,因此承担这部分教学任务的教师均由吉林大学各本科学院主管学生工作的副书记和辅导员组成。多年来,由于各种原因没有对这支队伍进行过专业化、职业化的培训,虽然举办过几次校内培训,但培训质量差强人意;又由于这支队伍人员流动较大,一定程度上影响了正常的就业指导课教学,无法保证教学质量和效果。在经过广泛和深入的调查研究基础上,对吉林大学当前就业创业指导教师队伍及培训现状进行了深入分析,全面了解了这支队伍的人员结构、就业资历、教学经历、培训需求和成长期望以及队伍的优势和短板;按照培训工作的整个链条,对培训项目质量存在的问题及成因进行了深入地分析,对影响就业指导教师培训质量的相关因素及成因进行分析,找出关键的影响因素;对可行性方案进行筛选,确定提升培训项目质量的依据;重新设计教师培训的各个环节,并在总体规划和具体实施中制定好控制措施;建立培训项目的质量管理体系,制定就业指导教师培训考核实施办法,为培训项目质量的提升提供实施保障。吉林大学就业指导教师培训项目的质量体系建设,是目前普通高校中针对就业创业指导教师培训质量体系规范化建设的较为深入的研究,也是结合吉林大学实际开展的有较强针对性的创新性研究。 通过开展吉林大学就业指导教师培训项目的质量体系建设,对做好周期性的就业指导教师培训、提升培训质量、保证培训效果起到了重要作用;为今后兄弟院校开展就业指导教师培训能够提供有价值、实用性的参考;同时也能够为高校就业创业教师队伍建设提供有价值的借鉴。

After extensive and in-depth investigation and study, the current employment guidance of Jilin University teachers and training status were analyzed, a comprehensive understanding of the personnel structure, the team's employment qualifications teaching, experience, training needs and growth expectations and the team's strengths and shortcomings; according to the training work of the entire chain of training project quality problems and causes of in-depth analysis, the relevant factors affecting the employment guidance teacher training quality and the causes were analyzed to find out the key factors of the feasibility of the scheme; screening, determined to improve training programs on the basis of quality; all aspects of re design of teacher training, and applied in the system in the overall planning and specific implementation Set the control measures; the establishment of training project quality management system, formulate measures for the implementation of the employment guidance of teacher training, to enhance the quality of training programs to provide safeguards. The construction of the quality system of Jilin University employment guidance teacher training project, is an in-depth study of current college employment guidance for teachers' training quality system standardization construction also, combining with the actual situation of Jilin University to carry out strong for innovative research of.
Through the construction of quality system of Jilin University employment guidance teacher training project, to make periodic employment guidance teacher training, improve the quality of training, ensure the effectiveness of training plays an important role in carrying out employment guidance; teacher training for colleges and universities can provide valuable and practical reference; also can provide valuable reference for the employment of the construction of teachers' team.
