我国独立学院人才培养模式的研究

【摘要】：在我国,独立学院是在我国高等教育转型期间应运而生的新事物,经过了近几年的发展,现己成为我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分。目前,独立学院面临的一个重要的任务就是逐步建立完善其人才培养模式。在具体的实践过程中,依然存在着诸多问题,比如人才培养目标与母体大学相似、人才培养过程难以体现出独立学院应用型人才培养目标、人才培养理念无法得到有效贯彻、学生评价及培养机制没有结合独立学院生源特点难以体现学生的个性,对母体高校依赖性过强等,这些严重的影响和制约了独立学院的生存与发展,也为我国高等教育大众化推进埋下了一定的隐患。因此,独立学院人才培养模式的研究对我国独立学院的生存与发展意义重大。本文采用文献分析法、案例分析法、微观与宏观分析法等研究方法,对我国独立学院人才培养模式进行了理论分析,并全面分析了独立学院人才培养过程的现状。第一部分,首先阐述了独立学院人才培养模式的研究背景、研究的理论意义与实践意义、以及研究的国内外现状,本文研究的侧重点及创新点、以及相关概念简介；第二部分,分析我国独立学院人才培养模式在实践中的现状以及存在的问题；第三部分,介绍印度附属制,并对比其我国独立学院在人才培养过程中的不同点,以及由此对我国独立学院带来的经验和启示；最后,独立学院人才培养模式的构建建议,对独立学院在人才培养目标、专业设置、课程体系、人才培养质量保障和监督体系等方面应做的努力给出建设性意见。
[Abstract]:In our country, the independent college is a new thing emerged during the transformation of higher education in China, after years of development, has become an important part of higher education in our country. At present, an important task facing independent colleges is gradually establish and improve the training mode of talents in the process of practice. Specifically, there are still many problems, such as the talent training goal is similar with the parent university personnel training process, it is difficult to reflect the goal of cultivating applied talents in independent college, personnel training concept can not be effectively implemented, and the cultivation of students' evaluation mechanism with no independent college students characteristics to reflect the personality of the students, the dependence on the parent university so, these seriously affected and restricted the survival and development of independent colleges, but also for the popularization of higher education in China to promote buried under a certain risks. Therefore, independent The research on the training mode of the college is of great significance to the survival and development of the independent college in China.
This paper adopts the method of literature analysis, case analysis, research methods of micro and macro analysis, model of the theoretical analysis of talent cultivation in Independent Colleges in China, and a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of talent training in independent colleges. The first part firstly describes the research background of independent college talent training mode, theoretical significance and practical significance the research, as well as the research status quo at home and abroad, the emphasis and innovation of this study, and the related concept introduction; the second part, analysis of China's independent college personnel training status in practice mode and existing problems; the third part, India affiliated system is introduced, and compared the Chinese independent college personnel training in different the point in the process, and thus bring to Chinese independent college experience and Enlightenment; finally, suggestions of constructing the talents cultivation mode of independent college, the talent of Independent College Constructive suggestions should be given to the efforts of training objectives, professional setting, curriculum system, quality assurance and supervision system of talent training.
